أوقفت هيئة التأمين عضوين في مجلس إدارة شركة ملاذ للتأمين التعاوني، وهما محمد العماري، ومحمد الجمعة، وذلك اعتباراً من تاريخ اليوم (الأربعاء) 20 أغسطس.
وأعلنت الشركة في «تداول» التزامها بما ورد في الخطابين وتنفيذه، وفقاً للأنظمة والتعليمات ذات العلاقة.
