أمريكا: أوروبا لديها رغبة حقيقية لإبرام اتفاق تجاري

U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said in an interview with CNBC today (Thursday): "The European Union has a genuine desire to reach a trade agreement with the United States."

Lutnick added that he will also hold trade talks in his office today with representatives from South Korea.

The European Union confirmed that reaching a trade agreement with America is still within reach, noting that EU officials are engaged in intensive trade negotiations with the U.S.

The Union confirmed that it will not take counter-trade measures from now until August 1.
