أعلنت شركة أرامكو السعودية اعتزامها نشر التقرير الأولي للربع الثاني من 2025 قبل افتتاح سوق تداول السعودية بما يتماشى مع متطلبات هيئة السوق المالية السعودية يوم 5 أغسطس 2025.
وأضافت في بيان لها، أنه سيُعقد بث إلكتروني صوتي مسبوقاً بنشر نتائج للربع الثاني والنصف الأول من 2025.
ووفق بيانات أرقام، كانت أرامكو قد أعلنت أخيراً، أنها ستبدأ بالإفصاح عن الأرباح المعدلة على نحو ربع سنوي ابتداءً من الربع الثاني من عام 2025، إذ تمثل الأرباح المعدلة الأرباح قبل الفوائد وضرائب الدخل والزكاة وصافي الدخل بعد استبعاد البنود غير التشغيلية وغير المتكررة.
ويتوقع المحللون أن تحقق أرامكو أرباحاً بقيمة 92.81 مليار ريال بنهاية الربع الثاني 2025، مقارنة بأرباح بلغت 106.16 مليار ريال في الفترة نفسها من العام 2024.
وكانت أرباح أرامكو قد انخفضت إلى 95.7 مليار ريال بنهاية الربع الأول 2025، مقارنة بأرباح 103.4 مليار ريال تم تحقيقها خلال نفس الفترة من عام 2024.

Saudi Aramco announced its intention to publish the preliminary report for the second quarter of 2025 before the opening of the Saudi Stock Exchange, in line with the requirements of the Saudi Capital Market Authority on August 5, 2025.
It added in a statement that an audio webcast will be held prior to the release of results for the second quarter and the first half of 2025.
According to Argaam data, Aramco recently announced that it will begin disclosing adjusted earnings on a quarterly basis starting from the second quarter of 2025, where adjusted earnings represent earnings before interest, income taxes, and zakat, as well as net income after excluding non-operating and non-recurring items.
Analysts expect Aramco to achieve profits of 92.81 billion riyals by the end of the second quarter of 2025, compared to profits of 106.16 billion riyals during the same period in 2024.
Aramco's profits had decreased to 95.7 billion riyals by the end of the first quarter of 2025, compared to profits of 103.4 billion riyals achieved during the same period in 2024.
