توقع تقرير حديث لشركة «فيتش سوليوشنز» أن تنخفض أسعار القمح العالمية بنحو 17 دولاراً للبوشل الواحد (27.22 كيلوجرام)، خلال الموسم الجديد 2025-2026، نظراً لوفرة الحصاد في الأسواق المنتجة الكبيرة.
وأكد التقرير أن الشركة خفضت توقعاتها لسعر القمح إلى 568 دولاراً للبوشل مقابل 585 دولاراً للبوشل في توقعات سابقة.
وبوشل القمح هو وحدة قياس تستخدم عادة في تجارة الحبوب، ويزن بوشل القمح 60 رطلاً أي نحو 27.216 كيلوغرام.
وبدأ حصاد القمح الشتوي في نصف الكرة الشمالي، ومن المتوقع أن يزداد الإنتاج في أوروبا وروسيا، وبينما من المتوقع أن يكون إنتاج القمح الأمريكي لموسم 2025-2026 أقل من الموسم السابق، إلا أن هذا كان متوقعاً منذ بضعة أشهر، وبالتالي احتساب في السوق.
وتتوقع «فيتش سوليوشنز» أن يزيد الإنتاج في موسم 2025-2026 بنسبة 0.9% على أساس سنوي، ليصل إلى 806.6 مليون طن، مقارنةً بـ799.1 مليون طن في موسم 2024-2025.
ويضيف التقرير أنه من العوامل التي تدعم هذه الزيادة تحسن الحصاد في الاتحاد الأوروبي، إذ يتوقع أن يزيد الإنتاج بنسبة 7.3% على أساس سنوي وبعد موسم حصاد ضعيف في موسم 2024-2025 مدفوعاً بظروف جوية غير مواتية.

A recent report by Fitch Solutions predicts that global wheat prices will decline by about $17 per bushel (27.22 kilograms) during the new 2025-2026 season, due to an abundant harvest in major producing markets.
The report confirmed that the company has lowered its wheat price forecast to $568 per bushel from a previous forecast of $585 per bushel.
