انخفضت عوائد السندات الغربية خلال تعاملاتها أمس (الإثنين)، بضغط من مخاوف المستثمرين من تفاقم الصراع في الشرق الأوسط، وانقطاع إمدادات النفط، ما قد ينتج عنه تفاقم التضخم.
وتراجعت عوائد السندات الأمريكية لأجل عامين -الأكثر حساسية تجاه تغيرات السياسة النقدية- بمقدار 1.7 نقطة أساس إلى 3.891%.
وانخفضت عوائد السندات لأجل 10 أعوام بمقدار 2.9 نقاط أساس إلى 4.346%، وهبط العائد على السندات لأجل 30 عاماً بمقدار 2.5 نقطة أساس إلى 4.864%.
فيما تراجع عائد السندات العشرية الألمانية، بمقدار 1.1 نقطة أساس إلى 2.505%، وهبط عائد السندات البريطانية لنفس الأجل بمقدار 2.5 نقطة أساس إلى 4.516%، كما انخفض عائد نظيرتهم الفرنسية بأقل قليلاً من نقطة واحدة إلى 3.238%.
يأتي ذلك في جلسة متقلبة، إذ ارتفعت عوائد السندات في وقت سابق، مع تقييم المستثمرين تطورات الأوضاع في الشرق الأوسط، والسيناريوهات المحتملة للتصعيد والتهدئة على حد سواء.

The yields on Western bonds fell during trading yesterday (Monday), pressured by investors' fears of escalating conflict in the Middle East and disruptions to oil supplies, which could lead to worsening inflation.
The yields on two-year U.S. bonds—most sensitive to changes in monetary policy—dropped by 1.7 basis points to 3.891%.
The yields on ten-year bonds decreased by 2.9 basis points to 4.346%, and the yield on thirty-year bonds fell by 2.5 basis points to 4.864%.
Meanwhile, the yield on German ten-year bonds declined by 1.1 basis points to 2.505%, the yield on British bonds of the same term dropped by 2.5 basis points to 4.516%, and the yield on their French counterparts fell by just under one basis point to 3.238%.
This comes during a volatile session, as bond yields had risen earlier, with investors assessing developments in the Middle East and the potential scenarios for both escalation and de-escalation.
