تتوقع روسيا أن تكون مبيعاتها من الغاز الطبيعي إلى الصين أقل ربحية من صادراتها المتجهة غرباً، في مؤشر على كلفة اعتمادها المتزايد على الدولة الآسيوية في تجارة الطاقة بعد خسارة معظم أسواقها الأوروبية.
وأرفقت وزارة الاقتصاد الروسية تقديرات محدثة بمسودة الموازنة التي قُدمت إلى مجلس الدوما، اليوم، وورد فيها أن من المتوقع أن تكون أسعار الغاز المصدّر إلى الصين خلال الأعوام الثلاثة القادمة أقل بنحو 27% على الأقل مقارنة بالشحنات الموجهة إلى تركيا وعدد محدود من الدول الأوروبية.
فجوة سعرية
وعلى صعيد عام 2025، أشارت التقديرات إلى أن الفجوة السعرية قد تصل إلى 38%. وتعكس هذه التوقعات في مجملها أن تحول موسكو نحو الصين لم يعوّض بعد خسارتها لأغلب أسواقها الأوروبية منذ بدء غزوها الشامل لأوكرانيا عام 2022.
وقال الرئيس التنفيذي لـ«غاز بروم» أليكسي ميلر -في تصريحات نقلتها وكالة «بلومبيرغ»- إن الأسعار المخصصة للصين أقل مقارنة بأوروبا، نظراً لقرب الحقول التي تغذي المسار الآسيوي.
وتُقدّر وزارة الاقتصاد متوسط سعر تصدير الغاز إلى الصين هذا العام بنحو 248.7 دولار لكل ألف متر مكعب، مقابل 401.9 دولار للأسواق الغربية، باستثناء دول الاتحاد السوفيتي السابق.
Russia expects its natural gas sales to China to be less profitable than its exports heading west, indicating the increasing cost of its reliance on the Asian country for energy trade after losing most of its European markets.
The Russian Ministry of Economy attached updated estimates to the draft budget presented to the State Duma today, stating that gas prices exported to China over the next three years are expected to be at least 27% lower compared to shipments directed to Turkey and a limited number of European countries.
Price Gap
For the year 2025, estimates indicated that the price gap could reach 38%. Overall, these expectations reflect that Moscow's shift towards China has not yet compensated for its loss of most European markets since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
Gazprom's CEO Alexey Miller stated - in comments reported by Bloomberg - that prices designated for China are lower compared to Europe, due to the proximity of the fields supplying the Asian route.
The Ministry of Economy estimates the average export price of gas to China this year to be around $248.7 per thousand cubic meters, compared to $401.9 for Western markets, excluding the former Soviet Union countries.
