عبَّرت وزارة التجارة الصينية، اليوم، عن معارضتها الشديدة لتوسيع الولايات المتحدة قائمة الصادرات المقيدة، وتعهدت باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لحماية الحقوق والمصالح المشروعة للشركات الصينية.
واتخذت الولايات المتحدة اليوم إجراءات صارمة ضد شركات في الصين ودول أخرى تستخدم شركات تابعة للالتفاف على القيود المفروضة على معدات صناعة الرقائق وغيرها من التكنولوجيا.
وحثت وزارة التجارة الصينية في بيان واشنطن على «تصحيح إجراءاتها الخاطئة على الفور، ووقف قمعها غير المعقول للشركات الصينية».
إجراءات إيجابية
وفي 25 سبتمبر الجاري، دعت الصين، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية إلى اتخاذ إجراءات إيجابية، وإلغاء التعرفات الجمركية التي وصفتها بـ«غير المعقولة» وتهيئة الظروف لتوسيع التجارة الثنائية.
وفي تصريحات صحفية رداً على استفسارات بشأن احتمالية شراء الصين طائرات من طراز (بوينغ) من الولايات المتحدة وفول الصويا، قال المتحدث باسم وزارة التجارة الصينية خه يا دونغ: «أكبر عقبة تؤثر حالياً في التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري الطبيعي بين الصين والولايات المتحدة تكمن في الإجراءات التقييدية الأمريكية أحادية الجانب».
مصالح مشركة
وأكد أن جوهر العلاقات الاقتصادية والتجارية الثنائية هو المنفعة المتبادلة والكسب المشترك، مشيراً إلى أن البلدين يتشاركان نطاقاً واسعاً من المصالح المشتركة ومساحة هائلة من التعاون.
وأعرب عن أمله في أن تعمل الولايات المتحدة مع الصين في الاتجاه نفسه، من أجل تهيئة ظروف مواتية للتنمية المستقرة والمستدامة للعلاقات الاقتصادية والتجارية بين البلدين.

Positive Measures
On September 25, China called on the United States to take positive measures, cancel what it described as "unreasonable" tariffs, and create conditions to expand bilateral trade.
In press statements responding to inquiries about the possibility of China purchasing Boeing aircraft from the United States and soybeans, Chinese Ministry of Commerce spokesperson He Ya Dong stated: "The biggest obstacle currently affecting normal economic and trade cooperation between China and the United States lies in the unilateral restrictive measures imposed by the United States."
Shared Interests
He emphasized that the essence of bilateral economic and trade relations is mutual benefit and joint gain, pointing out that the two countries share a wide range of common interests and a vast area for cooperation.
He expressed hope that the United States would work with China in the same direction to create favorable conditions for the stable and sustainable development of economic and trade relations between the two countries.
