ارتفعت أسعار الذهب إلى أعلى مستوى لها على الإطلاق، اليوم، بدعم من توقعات متزايدة بمواصلة خفض أسعار الفائدة الأمريكية وتراجع طفيف للدولار.
وصعد سعر الذهب في المعاملات الفورية بنسبة (0.2%) ليصل إلى (3752.43) دولار للأوقية، بينما ارتفعت العقود الآجلة الأمريكية للذهب تسليم ديسمبر بنسبة (0.3%) مسجلةً (3787.60) دولار للأوقية.
وبالنسبة للمعادن النفيسة الأخرى، انخفض سعر الفضة في المعاملات الفورية (0.2%) مسجلًا (43.98) دولار للأوقية، ليحوم قرب أعلى مستوى له في 14 عامًا، في حين ارتفع البلاتين (0.3%) إلى (1420.45) دولار، وصعد البلاديوم (0.9%) إلى (1189.84) دولار.
Gold prices rose to their highest level ever today, supported by increasing expectations of continued cuts in U.S. interest rates and a slight decline in the dollar.
The price of gold in spot transactions increased by (0.2%) to reach (3752.43) dollars per ounce, while U.S. gold futures for December delivery rose by (0.3%) to record (3787.60) dollars per ounce.
As for other precious metals, the price of silver in spot transactions fell by (0.2%), recording (43.98) dollars per ounce, hovering near its highest level in 14 years, while platinum rose by (0.3%) to (1420.45) dollars, and palladium increased by (0.9%) to (1189.84) dollars.
