وصلت إلى الصين، اليوم، ناقلة ثانية تحمل الغاز الطبيعي المسال من مصنع تصدير روسي خاضع لعقوبات أمريكية، فيما تواصل بكين توسيع علاقاتها مع موسكو.
ووصلت ناقلة النفط فوسخود، التي تحمل شحنة من مصنع الغاز الطبيعي المسال2 في القطب الشمالي إلى محطة استيراد بيهاي في جنوب الصين، طبقاً لبيانات تتبع السفن التي جمعتها وكالة بلومبيرغ للأنباء.
وكانت الشحنة الأولى من مصنع الغاز الطبيعي المسال2 في القطب الشمالي قد وصلت إلى الصين في أواخر أغسطس الماضي. وجاء ذلك قبل زيارة للرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، التي عززت خلالها الدولتان علاقاتهما في مجال الطاقة بسلسلة من اتفاقيات خطوط أنابيب الغاز.
قائمة سوداء
وكان مصنع الغاز الطبيعي المسال2 في القطب الشمالي، قد واجه مشكلات في العثور على مشترين بعد إدراجه في القائمة السوداء من قبل إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي جو بايدن في عام 2023.
وربما تستغرق الشحنات الأخرى وقتاً أطول للوصول نظراً لتراكم الجليد على طريق البحر الشمالي، مما يجعل من الصعب على السفن التقليدية عبور الطريق الأقصر إلى آسيا.

Arrived in China today, a second tanker carrying liquefied natural gas from a Russian export plant subject to U.S. sanctions, as Beijing continues to expand its relations with Moscow.
The oil tanker Vostok, carrying a shipment from the Arctic LNG 2 plant, reached the Beihai import terminal in southern China, according to vessel tracking data collected by Bloomberg News.
The first shipment from the Arctic LNG 2 plant had arrived in China in late August. This came ahead of a visit by Russian President Vladimir Putin, during which the two countries strengthened their energy ties with a series of gas pipeline agreements.
Blacklist
The Arctic LNG 2 plant had faced difficulties in finding buyers after being placed on the blacklist by the administration of U.S. President Joe Biden in 2023.
Other shipments may take longer to arrive due to ice accumulation on the Northern Sea Route, making it difficult for conventional ships to traverse the shorter route to Asia.
