أظهرت بيانات مكتب الإحصاء الأوروبي، اليوم، انخفاض معدل البطالة في منطقة اليورو خلال شهر يوليو الماضي.
وبلغ معدل البطالة في يوليو الماضي 6.2%، مقارنة بـ6.3% في شهر يونيو الماضي.
وكان معدل البطالة في منطقة اليورو قد بلغ 6.4% خلال شهر يوليو من العام الماضي. وأشارت البيانات إلى أن عدد العاطلين انخفض بواقع 170 ألفاً ليصل إلى 10.8 مليون في شهر يوليو الماضي.
كما انخفض معدل البطالة بين الشباب من 14.3% في شهر يونيو الماضي إلى 13.9% في شهر يوليو.
من ناحية أخرى، تراجع معدل البطالة في الاتحاد الأوروبي إلى 5.9%، بعدما سجل 6% في يونيو الماضي، كما انخفضت نسبة البطالة بين الشباب أقل من 25 عاماً من 14.8% إلى 14.4%.
وفي إيطاليا، أظهرت بيانات مكتب الإحصاء الإيطالي، اليوم، انخفاض معدل البطالة خلال شهر يوليو الماضي، ليصل لأدنى مستوى منذ أكثر من 18 عاماً.
وتراجع معدل البطالة في إيطاليا بعد حساب المتغيرات الموسمية إلى 6% خلال يوليو الماضي، بعدما بلغ 6.2% خلال شهر يونيو الماضي. يذكر أنه تم تسجيل نسبة مماثلة للبطالة في إيطاليا خلال شهر يونيو 2007.
وكان معدل البطالة قد بلغ 7.8% خلال شهر يوليو من العام الماضي. وتراجع عدد العاطلين بواقع 74 ألف شخص ليصل الإجمالي إلى 1.532 مليون شخص في يوليو الماضي مقارنة بشهر يونيو الماضي. كما أظهرت البيانات ارتفاع معدل التوظيف في إيطاليا من 62.7% إلى 62.8%.
