ذكر نائب رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية الباكستاني، إسحاق دار - خلال زيارته إلى بريطانيا-، أن بلاده تسعى إلى تعزيز علاقاتها مع المملكة المتحدة في مجال التعاون التجاري والاقتصادي.
وأشار في تصريح صحفي، أن زيارته الحالية إلى المملكة المتحدة؛ تهدف إلى بحث آفاق جديدة من التعاون الثنائي مع الجانب البريطاني، للتركيز على تنّويع التعاون التجاري والاقتصادي، ورفع حجم التبادل التجاري بين البلدين.
وبدأ نائب رئيس الوزراء ووزير الخارجية الباكستاني إسحاق دار، زيارة رسمية إلى المملكة المتحدة، التي تستمر حتى 19 أغسطس الجاري، في إطار جهود تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين على المستويات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
وتتضمن الزيارة سلسلة من اللقاءات الرسمية مع كبار المسؤولين البريطانيين، أبرزهم وزيرة الخارجية أنجيلا راينر، لمناقشة ملفات التعاون الاقتصادي، والاستثمارات، وتعزيز التبادل التجاري بين باكستان والمملكة المتحدة. كما تشمل المباحثات ملفات الأمن الإقليمي، ومكافحة الإرهاب، والتغير المناخي، إضافة إلى القضايا المتعلقة بالجاليات الباكستانية المقيمة في بريطانيا.
وفي الجانب الاجتماعي والإنساني من الزيارة، سيقوم إسحاق دار بافتتاح مشروع جديد عبر المفوضية العليا الباكستانية في لندن، يهدف إلى تسهيل توثيق الأراضي والممتلكات لأبناء الجالية، بما يعكس اهتمام الحكومة الباكستانية برعاية حقوق مواطنيها في الخارج.
وأكد مسؤولون في الحكومة الباكستانية أن الزيارة تمثل خطوة مهمة لتعميق الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين باكستان والمملكة المتحدة، وتعكس الحرص على بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد تقوم على التعاون المتبادل والفهم المشترك لمصالح البلدين.

He noted in a press statement that his current visit to the United Kingdom aims to explore new horizons of bilateral cooperation with the British side, focusing on diversifying trade and economic cooperation and increasing the volume of trade exchange between the two countries.

On the social and humanitarian side of the visit, Ishaq Dar will inaugurate a new project through the Pakistani High Commission in London, aimed at facilitating the documentation of land and properties for community members, reflecting the Pakistani government's commitment to protecting the rights of its citizens abroad.
