تعتزم الوكالات الحكومية الصينية خفض الإنفاق على رحلات المسؤولين وخدمة تقديم الطعام واستخدام السيارات والمؤتمرات والمكاتب، وفقاً لتعليمات أصدرها الحزب الشيوعي ومجلس الدولة الصيني.
وستقيد الوكالات الحكومية الصينية تكاليف الاستقبال الرسمية وتحظر الأطباق باهظة التكاليف والمشروبات الكحولية والسجائر في الوجبات الرسمية.
كما تضمنت التعليمات الجديدة أن تكون جميع السيارات المخصصة للاستخدام الرسمي مصنعة محلياً، وذلك وفقاً لوكالات أنباء.
وسجل الاقتصاد الصيني نمواً بنسبة 5.4% على أساس سنوي في الربع الأول من 2025 متجاوزاً التوقعات، إلا أن تصاعد الحرب التجارية مع الولايات المتحدة أضعف التوقعات وزاد الضغوط على بكين لطرح المزيد من الحوافز.
وقبل يومين، شدد رئيس مجلس الدولة الصيني لي تشيانغ على أهمية الاستفادة من استقرار الاقتصاد المحلي ونموه طويل الأجل للتخفيف من حدة الشكوك الاقتصادية العالمية، مشدداً أيضاً على أهمية تعزيز النمو المطرد طويل الأجل والتنمية عالية الجودة في البلاد.
ولتعزيز الاقتصاد المحلي، شدد «لي» على ضرورة التركيز على مجالات مثل تعزيز التخصيص الفعال لجميع أنواع الموارد، وتحقيق التكامل بين الابتكار العلمي والتكنولوجي والابتكار الصناعي، وبناء سلاسل صناعة وسلاسل إمداد كاملة ومكتفية ذاتياً، والحفاظ على توازن ديناميكي بين العرض والطلب.

Chinese government agencies intend to reduce spending on official trips, catering services, vehicle use, conferences, and office expenses, according to instructions issued by the Communist Party and the Chinese State Council.
Chinese government agencies will limit official reception costs and prohibit expensive dishes, alcoholic beverages, and cigarettes at official meals.
The new instructions also state that all vehicles designated for official use must be domestically manufactured, according to news agencies.
The Chinese economy recorded a growth of 5.4% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2025, exceeding expectations; however, the escalating trade war with the United States has weakened forecasts and increased pressure on Beijing to introduce more incentives.
Two days ago, Chinese Premier Li Qiang emphasized the importance of leveraging the stability of the domestic economy and its long-term growth to mitigate global economic uncertainties, also stressing the importance of promoting steady long-term growth and high-quality development in the country.
To boost the domestic economy, Li emphasized the need to focus on areas such as enhancing the effective allocation of all types of resources, achieving integration between scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, building complete and self-sufficient industrial and supply chains, and maintaining a dynamic balance between supply and demand.
