أعلنت وزارة المالية العراقية صرف 500 مليار دينار لتسديد الدفعة السادسة من مستحقات الفلاحين عن محصولي القمح «الحنطة» والأرز «الشلب» لعام 2025.
وقالت الوزارة، في بيان: «إن هذا الإجراء جاء في إطار التزام وزارة المالية بدعم القطاع الزراعي وتوفير السيولة المالية التي تضمن استقرار أوضاع الفلاحين، وتحفيزهم على الاستمرار في زراعة المحاصيل الإستراتيجية».
وأضاف البيان: «المبالغ المالية تشمل المستحقات المُثبتة أصوليا والمُرسلة من قبل وزارة التجارة، إذ سيتم صرفها وفقا للسياقات المالية المعتمدة، وبما يضمن وصولها المباشر إلى الفلاحين دون تأخير».
وأوضحت الوزارة أن «فريق عمل الوزارة يواصل وبالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية، متابعة إجراءات الصرف لضمان الانسيابية والسرعة في وصول المستحقات إلى الفلاحين».
آليات معتمدة
وكان المتحدث باسم وزارة التجارة العراقي محمد حنون، قد أوضح في وقت سابق الآليات المعتمدة في صرف المستحقات المالية للفلاحين والمزارعين للموسم التسويقي. وقال: «هذه المبالغ تأتي مقابل كميات القمح المجهزة للمراكز التسويقية». ونوه إلى أن الوزارة تعمل بتنسيق مباشر مع وزارة المالية لضمان وصولها إلى مستحقيها.
The Iraqi Ministry of Finance announced the allocation of 500 billion dinars to pay the sixth installment of farmers' dues for the crops of wheat "الحنطة" and rice "الشلب" for the year 2025.
The ministry stated in a statement: "This measure comes as part of the Ministry of Finance's commitment to support the agricultural sector and provide the financial liquidity that ensures the stability of farmers' conditions and encourages them to continue cultivating strategic crops."
The statement added: "The financial amounts include the dues that have been legally verified and sent by the Ministry of Trade, and they will be disbursed according to the approved financial procedures, ensuring their direct delivery to the farmers without delay."
The ministry clarified that "the ministry's working team continues, in coordination with the relevant authorities, to follow up on the disbursement procedures to ensure the smooth and rapid delivery of the dues to the farmers."
Approved Mechanisms
The spokesperson for the Iraqi Ministry of Trade, Mohamed Hanoon, had previously explained the approved mechanisms for disbursing financial dues to farmers and agricultural producers for the marketing season. He said: "These amounts come in exchange for the quantities of wheat supplied to the marketing centers." He noted that the ministry is working in direct coordination with the Ministry of Finance to ensure that they reach their rightful recipients.
