استأنفت البورصة المصرية التداول، اليوم (الأربعاء)، بعد تعليقه بسبب حريق سنترال رمسيس.
وبحسب بيان صادر عن إدارة البورصة المصرية، أن ذلك جاء بعد الجهود الحثيثة والتنسيق المشترك بين جميع أطراف السوق وسائر الجهات المعنية، بما يعمل على استقرار واستمرارية عمل السوق في بيئة عادلة ومنتظمة.
وأكدت البورصة المصرية أهمية التحلي بالحكمة والتأني عند اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية، ودعت جميع المتعاملين إلى تجنب القرارات الانفعالية، مع ضرورة الاعتماد على التحليل الموضوعي والمعطيات والحقائق الموثوقة في تقييم الفرص والمخاطر.
وجددت البورصة التزامها الكامل ببذل كل ما يلزم للحفاظ على عدالة السوق وكفاءته المعلوماتية، ولتوفير بيئة تداول تمتاز بالشفافية وتكافؤ الفرص وتدعم كافة المتعاملين.
وكانت إدارة البورصة المصرية قررت أمس (الثلاثاء) تعليق التداول بسسب تعطل أنظمة التداول نتيجة حريق سنترال رمسيس وتعطل الإنترنت جزئيا في بعض المناطق.
واندلع حريق مساء الإثنين الماضي، في سنترال رمسيس الرئيسي بوسط القاهرة، التابع للشركة المصرية للاتصالات، ما أثر على سرعة وجودة خدمات الاتصالات في عدد من المناطق، واضطرت قوات الحماية المدنية لفصل التيار الكهربائي عن كامل السنترال نتيجة للحريق.
وكانت عضو البورصة المصرية رانيا يعقوب، صرحت بأن حريق سنترال رمسيس تسبب في تعطل واسع لخدمات الإنترنت والخطوط الأرضية، مما انعكس بشكل مباشر على عمل الشركات العاملة في السوق وعلى قدرة العملاء على التواصل مع شركات السمسرة والجهات المنظمة.
وأضافت خلال مداخلة عبر شاشة القاهرة الإخبارية، أن التأثير امتد ليعيق سير العمليات اليومية المعتادة، ما دفع إدارة البورصة إلى اتخاذ قرار بتعليق التداول خلال جلسة اليوم.
وأوضحت يعقوب أن القرار يأتي في إطار الحرص على مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص بين جميع المتعاملين، مشيرة إلى أن استمرار الخدمة بشكل غير متوازن كان سيضر بمصالح المستثمرين، مؤكدة أن هناك محاولات تمت على مدار الليل بالتعاون مع مختلف الجهات المعنية، لكن الحلول التقنية الكاملة ما زالت قيد المتابعة، في ظل تضرر البنية التحتية بشكل كبير.
وشددت يعقوب على أن تعليق التداول هو إجراء استثنائي للغاية، لم تتخذه البورصة إلا في ظروف نادرة على مدار السنوات الماضية، مشيرة إلى أن التنسيق يجري مع وزارة الاتصالات والجهات المسؤولة لإعادة الأمور إلى طبيعتها في أسرع وقت ممكن، مؤكدة أنه لا يمكن تحديد موعد زمني دقيق لاستعادة الخدمة بالكامل حتى الآن.
وأكدت يعقوب أن الهدف الأساسي من القرار هو حماية مصالح جميع المتعاملين في السوق، وتقديم الخدمة المالية بصورة لائقة تتماشى مع أهمية البورصة للاقتصاد الوطني.

According to a statement issued by the Egyptian Stock Exchange management, this came after diligent efforts and joint coordination among all market participants and relevant authorities, aimed at ensuring the stability and continuity of the market's operations in a fair and orderly environment.
The Egyptian Stock Exchange emphasized the importance of exercising wisdom and caution when making investment decisions, urging all participants to avoid impulsive decisions, while relying on objective analysis, data, and reliable facts in assessing opportunities and risks.
The exchange reiterated its full commitment to doing everything necessary to maintain market fairness and information efficiency, and to provide a trading environment characterized by transparency and equal opportunities that supports all participants.
Yesterday (Tuesday), the Egyptian Stock Exchange management decided to suspend trading due to the disruption of trading systems as a result of the Ramesses Central fire and partial internet outages in some areas.
A fire broke out last Monday evening at the main Ramesses Central in downtown Cairo, operated by the Egyptian Telecommunications Company, which affected the speed and quality of communication services in several areas, prompting civil protection forces to cut off electricity to the entire central due to the fire.
Egyptian Stock Exchange member Rania Yaqoub stated that the Ramesses Central fire caused widespread disruption to internet and landline services, which directly impacted the operations of companies in the market and the ability of clients to communicate with brokerage firms and regulatory authorities.
She added during a call on Cairo News screen that the impact extended to hinder the usual daily operations, prompting the exchange management to decide to suspend trading during today's session.
Yaqoub clarified that the decision comes in the interest of maintaining the principle of equal opportunities among all participants, noting that the continued service in an unbalanced manner would harm investors' interests. She confirmed that there were attempts made throughout the night in cooperation with various relevant authorities, but comprehensive technical solutions are still being monitored, given the significant damage to the infrastructure.
Yaqoub stressed that the trading suspension is an extremely exceptional measure, which the exchange has only taken under rare circumstances over the past years, indicating that coordination is ongoing with the Ministry of Communications and responsible authorities to restore normalcy as soon as possible, while confirming that it is not possible to determine an exact timeline for the complete restoration of service at this time.
Yaqoub affirmed that the primary goal of the decision is to protect the interests of all market participants and to provide financial services in a manner that aligns with the importance of the stock exchange to the national economy.
