في تطور جديد، قام الفنان المصري محمود حجازي بتقديم بلاغ رسمي إلى مباحث الإنترنت بمحافظة الجيزة، اتهم فيه الإعلامي المصري تامر عبد المنعم والقائمين على أحد البرامج الفضائية، إلى جانب فتاة تدعى «أنجلينا»، بنشر معلومات اعتبرها كاذبة والتشهير بسمعته الفنية والشخصية.
اتهامات بالتشهير وإساءة السمعة
وأوضح حجازي في بلاغه أن إحدى حلقات البرنامج تضمنت معلومات غير دقيقة وأخبارًا وصفها بالمغلوطة، مؤكدًا أن ما تم بثه تسبب في الإضرار بسمعته أمام الجمهور، واعتبره تشهيرًا يستوجب المساءلة القانونية.
وأشار إلى أن الأزمة بدأت عقب تناول البرنامج لقضية تخصه، لافتًا إلى أن طريقة العرض تضمنت مبالغات في سرد التفاصيل، ما دفعه إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لحفظ حقوقه، مطالبًا بفتح تحقيق عاجل في الواقعة.
فتاة جديدة بالواقعة
كما شمل البلاغ فتاة تدعى «أنجلينا فارس»، والتي ظهرت في مداخلة هاتفية ووجهت له اتهامات مباشرة، وهو ما اعتبره امتدادًا للإساءة التي طالت سمعته، ليتم على إثر ذلك تحرير محضر بالواقعة، وإحالتها إلى نيابة الجيزة للتحقيق.
أول رد من تامر عبد المنعم
في المقابل، علق تامر عبد المنعم على البلاغ، مؤكدًا أن عمله الإعلامي يقوم على مناقشة الأخبار والقضايا المتداولة طالما لم يصدر قرار بمنع النشر بشأنها، معتبرًا أن ما تم طرحه يدخل في إطار العمل الصحفي المشروع.
وأضاف أنه تم تناول بعض القضايا المرتبطة بحجازي، ومنها خلافات أسرية وأحكام قضائية، مشددًا على أن نشر الأحكام القضائية لا يُعد تشهيرًا، باعتبارها صادرة باسم الشعب ويحق تداولها إعلاميًا.
In a new development, Egyptian artist Mahmoud Higazi filed an official complaint with the Internet Investigation Unit in Giza, accusing Egyptian media figure Tamer Abdel Moneim and those responsible for a satellite program, along with a girl named "Angelina," of spreading information he deemed false and defaming his artistic and personal reputation.
Accusations of Defamation and Slander
Higazi clarified in his complaint that one of the episodes of the program included inaccurate information and news he described as misleading, emphasizing that what was broadcast harmed his reputation in front of the public, and he considered it defamation that warrants legal accountability.
He pointed out that the crisis began after the program addressed a case related to him, noting that the manner of presentation included exaggerations in recounting the details, which prompted him to take the necessary legal actions to protect his rights, demanding an urgent investigation into the incident.
A New Girl in the Incident
The complaint also included a girl named "Angelina Faris," who appeared in a phone call and directed direct accusations at him, which he considered an extension of the slander that affected his reputation, leading to the filing of a report about the incident and its referral to the Giza Prosecution for investigation.
First Response from Tamer Abdel Moneim
In response, Tamer Abdel Moneim commented on the complaint, confirming that his media work is based on discussing news and issues as long as there is no decision to prohibit publication regarding them, considering that what was presented falls within the framework of legitimate journalistic work.
He added that some issues related to Higazi were addressed, including family disputes and court rulings, stressing that publishing court rulings does not constitute defamation, as they are issued in the name of the people and are subject to media circulation.
