أصدر نقيب الموسيقيين بمصر الفنان مصطفى كامل، قراراً بإحالة كل من وكيل أول النقابة الفنان حلمي عبدالباقي، والسكرتير العام أحمد أبو المجد، إلى مجلس التأديب، على خلفية الأزمات الإدارية التي شهدتها النقابة أخيراً.
سبب الإحالة
وأوضحت النقابة في بيان صحفي أن الإحالة تأتي بغرض التحقيق في أي مخالفات إدارية وفق اللوائح الداخلية، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تجاه أي تجاوزات محتملة.
نفي الاتهامات
من جانبه، علق حلمي عبدالباقي على قرار إحالته للتحقيق، وأصدر بياناً مؤكداً براءته من جميع الاتهامات، مشيراً إلى أن جلسة التحقيق لم تُعقد رسمياً، وأن أي تصريحات تُنسب إليه حول رفض الرد على الاتهامات غير دقيقة.
تعليق الإجراءات
وأضاف عبدالباقي أنه لم يتم تسجيل أي مخالفات رسمية بحقه حتى الآن، وأنه تقدم بطعن قانوني في قرار الإحالة، مع تعليق الإجراءات مؤقتاً لحين الفصل في الطعن وفق الإجراءات القانونية للنقابة.
جدل في النقابة
شهدت نقابة المهن الموسيقية في مصر أخيراً جدلاً واسعاً داخل الوسط الفني، بعد ظهور عدد من مخالفات الفساد التي طالت بعض أعضائها، ما دفع النقابة لفتح تحقيقات رسمية للتحقق من الوقائع وكشف الحقيقة.
The head of the Musicians' Syndicate in Egypt, artist Mustafa Kamel, issued a decision to refer both the first agent of the syndicate, artist Helmy Abdel-Baqi, and the general secretary Ahmed Abu Al-Majd, to the disciplinary council, following the administrative crises that the syndicate has recently witnessed.
Reason for the referral
The syndicate clarified in a press statement that the referral aims to investigate any administrative violations according to the internal regulations and to take the necessary legal actions regarding any potential transgressions.
Denial of accusations
For his part, Helmy Abdel-Baqi commented on the decision to refer him for investigation, issuing a statement affirming his innocence of all accusations, noting that the investigation session has not been officially held, and that any statements attributed to him regarding refusing to respond to the accusations are inaccurate.
Suspension of procedures
Abdel-Baqi added that no official violations have been recorded against him so far, and that he has filed a legal appeal against the referral decision, with a temporary suspension of procedures until the appeal is resolved according to the legal procedures of the syndicate.
Controversy in the syndicate
The Musicians' Syndicate in Egypt has recently witnessed widespread controversy within the artistic community, following the emergence of several corruption violations affecting some of its members, prompting the syndicate to open official investigations to verify the incidents and uncover the truth.
