وأوضح المخرج المصري يسري نصر الله، خلال حضوره فعاليات المهرجان، أن الحالة الصحية لمروان حامد حالت دون حضوره، لافتًا إلى أنه أبلغ إدارة المهرجان باعتذاره عن عدم المشاركة في حفل التكريم.

The Egyptian director Yousri Nasrallah, during his attendance at the festival events, explained that Marwan Hamed's health condition prevented him from attending, noting that he informed the festival administration of his apology for not participating in the honoring ceremony.

On the artistic front, Marwan Hamed's new film "The Lady" is currently showing in all cinemas across the Arab world, starring the Egyptian actress Mona Zaki, which addresses the biography of the legendary singer Umm Kulthum.
