كشفت التحقيقات الأولية في قضية تسريب فيديوهات الفنانة الشعبية رحمة محسن أن المطربة تتهم طليقها باستخدام رقم دولي لابتزازها. وحررت المطربة المقيمة بمنطقة حدائق الأهرام محضرا رسميا ضد طليقها، تتهمه فيه بإرسال مقاطع الفيديو من أرقام دولية عبر تطبيق واتساب، ومساومتها على مبالغ مالية مقابل عدم نشر المقطع، مشيرة إلى أن الفيديو المتداول تم تداوله على نطاق واسع عقب تهديدات متكررة من طليقها خلال الأيام الماضية.
طليق رحمة محسن في دائرة الاتهام
وباشرت النيابة العامة في الجيزة، التحقيق في واقعة انتشار فيديو منسوب للفنانة رحمة محسن، بعد تقديمها بلاغًا رسميًا تتهم فيه طليقها بنشر المقطع على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وطلبت النيابة من الأجهزة الأمنية، سرعة التحريات حول الواقعة، وكلفتها بتحديد مصدر تسريب الفيديو ومتابعة خطوط الاتصال المستخدمة في تداوله.
تتبع مصدر التسريب
ووجهت جهات التحقيق، قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات بوزارة الداخلية بتتبع رقم الهاتف المستخدم في إرسال الفيديو، وتحديد موقعه الجغرافي والجهة القائمة على نشر المقطع لأول مرة، كما أمرت بفحص الأجهزة الإلكترونية والهاتف المحمول الخاص بالمجني عليها، لبيان مدى تعرضها لاختراق أو تسريب عبر الإنترنت.
وتكثف الأجهزة الأمنية جهودها بالتنسيق مع مباحث الإنترنت لضبط المتورطين في الواقعة وتحديد دوافعهم الحقيقية، تمهيدًا لعرض النتائج على النيابة العامة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
كما تم فحص الأجهزة الإلكترونية الخاصة بالفنانة للتأكد من عدم تعرضها لاختراق إلكتروني أو استغلال حساباتها الشخصية دون علمها.
بلاغ ضد رحمة
من جهة أخرى، لم تقتصر القضية على بلاغ رحمة ضد طليقها، بل شهدت بلاغاً آخر موجهاً ضد الفنانة نفسها، حيث تقدم محامٍ ببلاغ إلى النائب العام يتهم فيه رحمة محسن بالتحريض على الفسق والفجور ونشر فيديوهات وصور «خادشة للحياء العام» عبر منصات التواصل، وتحديداً «تليجرام»، وطالب بفتح تحقيق عاجل حيال المخالفات المنسوبة إليها.
مواصلة المشوار الفني
وخرجت رحمة محسن عن صمتها لتؤكد أنها مستمرة في مشوارها الفني ولن تسمح لأي تهديدات بعرقلة نجاحها، مشددة على أنها لن تتنازل عن حقها وأن كل من أساء إليها سيُحاسب. وعلقّت على أزمتها الأخيرة، بعد تسريب فيديوهات لها مع طليقها واتهامها بنشر الفسق والفجور، بشكل طريف حيث ظهرت عبر صفحتها الرسمية بـ«إنستغرام»، في مقطع فيديو من جلسة تصوير أغنيتها الجديدة وهي تغني «مستحيل دي تكون حياتي.. أكيد دا برنامج مقالب».
وفي سياق تجاهلها لأزمتها أحيت رحمة محسن، حفلًا غنائيًا في أحد أماكن السهر الشهيرة، ليكون الظهور الأول لها بعد أزمة تسريب الفيديوهات، وخلال الحفل حرصت على تجاوز أزمتها، حيث ظهرت بكامل أناقتها، وقدمت لجمهورها بعض الأغاني التي يُفضلها.
جريمة ابتزاز
وكانت الفنانة رحمة أكدت في محضر رسمي أن المقاطع تعود لفترة زواجها، وأن طليقها السابق استخدمها لابتزازها ماليًا، مطالِبًا بمبلغ قدره 3 ملايين جنيه مقابل عدم نشرها.
وأوضح محامي الفنانة أن الواقعة تُعد جريمة ابتزاز إلكتروني مكتملة الأركان، مشيرًا إلى أن رحمة محسن تقدّمت ببلاغ رسمي إلى النيابة العامة التي بدأت بالفعل التحقيق في القضية، مؤكدًا أن الجهات المعنية تتعامل مع الواقعة بجدية تامة لحماية سمعة الفنانة وحقوقها القانونية.

The Public Prosecution in Giza has initiated an investigation into the incident of a video attributed to artist Rahma Mohsen, after she filed an official complaint accusing her ex-husband of publishing the clip on social media.
The prosecution requested that the security agencies expedite investigations into the incident and tasked them with identifying the source of the video leak and tracking the communication lines used in its circulation.
Tracking the Source of the Leak
The investigative authorities directed the Information Technology Sector of the Ministry of Interior to trace the phone number used to send the video, determine its geographical location, and identify the party responsible for publishing the clip for the first time. They also ordered an examination of the electronic devices and mobile phone belonging to the victim to ascertain whether she had been subjected to hacking or leaks via the internet.
The security agencies are intensifying their efforts in coordination with internet investigations to apprehend those involved in the incident and determine their true motives, in preparation for presenting the findings to the Public Prosecution for necessary legal action.
Additionally, the electronic devices belonging to the artist were examined to ensure that she had not been subjected to electronic hacking or exploitation of her personal accounts without her knowledge.
Complaint Against Rahma
On another note, the case is not limited to Rahma's complaint against her ex-husband, as there was another complaint directed against the artist herself. A lawyer submitted a complaint to the Attorney General accusing Rahma Mohsen of inciting immorality and publishing "indecent" videos and images on social media platforms, specifically "Telegram," and demanded an urgent investigation into the violations attributed to her.
Continuing the Artistic Journey
Rahma Mohsen broke her silence to confirm that she will continue her artistic journey and will not allow any threats to hinder her success, emphasizing that she will not waive her rights and that everyone who wronged her will be held accountable. She commented on her recent crisis, following the leak of videos with her ex-husband and the accusations of promoting immorality, in a humorous manner, as she appeared on her official Instagram page in a video from a photoshoot for her new song, singing, "It’s impossible this could be my life... This must be a prank show."
In the context of ignoring her crisis, Rahma Mohsen held a concert at one of the famous nightlife venues, marking her first appearance after the video leak crisis. During the concert, she made sure to move past her issues, appearing in full elegance and performing some of her audience's favorite songs.
Blackmail Crime
Artist Rahma confirmed in an official report that the clips date back to her marriage period, and that her ex-husband used them to blackmail her financially, demanding an amount of 3 million Egyptian pounds in exchange for not publishing them.
The artist's lawyer clarified that the incident constitutes a complete electronic blackmail crime, indicating that Rahma Mohsen has submitted an official complaint to the Public Prosecution, which has already begun investigating the case, affirming that the concerned authorities are treating the incident with utmost seriousness to protect the artist's reputation and her legal rights.
