لا تزال الأضواء مسلطة على الممثل المصري أحمد صلاح حسني بعد حادثة تدمير سيارة موظف وإصابته، فرغم انتهاء الشق الجنائي بالتصالح، إلا أن المتضرر رفض التنازل عن حقه المدني، مطالبًا بتعويض مالي كبير.
التصالح لا ينهي القضية
محكمة جنح القاهرة الجديدة كانت قد قضت بانقضاء الدعوى الجنائية بعد التصالح بين الطرفين، لكن الموظف المتضرر أصر على الاستمرار في المطالبة بالتعويض المدني، معتبرًا أن الأضرار التي لحقت به ماديًا وجسديًا تستوجب تعويضًا عادلًا.
المحكمة تنظر تعويضًا بمليون جنيه
رفع المدعي دعوى يطالب فيها بتعويض قيمته مليون جنيه مصري ضد أحمد صلاح حسني، ومن المقرر أن تنظر المحكمة الدعوى يوم 30 سبتمبر 2025، ما يجعل القضية مستمرة رغم إسدال الستار على الشق الجنائي.
قضية تثير الجدل
وأثارت القضية تفاعلًا واسعًا عبر وسائل الإعلام ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي، إذ يرى البعض أن مثل هذه القضايا قد تؤثر على صورة الفنانين، فيما اعتبر آخرون أن اللجوء إلى التعويض المدني حق أصيل للمتضرر.
