فُجع الوسط الفني في مصر بوفاة المخرج التلفزيوني الشاب هاني المهدي مساء أمس (الثلاثاء) وذلك بعد يوم واحد فقط من نشره كلمات مؤثرة عبر حسابه على «إنستغرام»، بدت وكأنها تنبؤ برحيله.
المهدي كتب في خاصية «الستوري»: «أحيانًا توجعنا بعض التصرفات، ولكن نصمت حبًا لأصحابها... لكن مع تكرار تلك التصرفات ستزرع في قلوبنا اليأس، ثم نرحل دون رغبتنا بالرحيل»، وهي العبارة التي أثارت تفاعلًا واسعًا عقب وفاته.
وتباينت تفسيرات متابعيه لكلماته الغامضة، إذ ربط بعضهم بينها وبين أزمات شخصية أو خلافات مهنية ربما كان يواجهها، فيما اكتفى آخرون بالتعبير عن حزنهم وصدمتهم من رحيله المبكر.
وكان الراحل قد عمل في عدد من القنوات المصرية الخاصة، وهو متزوج وأب لطفلين، أحدهما في العاشرة من عمره والأخرى في السابعة.
The artistic community in Egypt was shocked by the death of the young television director Hani Al-Mahdi last night (Tuesday), just one day after he posted poignant words on his Instagram account that seemed to predict his departure.
Al-Mahdi wrote in the "story" feature: "Sometimes certain behaviors hurt us, but we remain silent out of love for their owners... However, with the repetition of those behaviors, despair will be planted in our hearts, and then we will leave against our will," a phrase that sparked widespread reactions following his death.
His followers had varying interpretations of his cryptic words, with some linking them to personal crises or professional disputes he might have been facing, while others simply expressed their sadness and shock at his untimely departure.
The late director had worked at several private Egyptian channels, and he was married and a father of two children, one aged ten and the other seven.
