دعت وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية، أمس (الإثنين)، المواطنين الأمريكيين إلى مغادرة أكثر من 14 دولة في الشرق الأوسط «على الفور». وقالت عبر منشور على منصة «إكس»: «غادر الآن عبر وسائل النقل التجارية نظرًا للمخاطر الأمنية الجسيمة».
وجاء التحذير في ظل استمرار الضربات الأمريكية-الإسرائيلية ضد إيران، وما يرافقها من توتر أمني متصاعد في المنطقة.
استخدام الوسائل التجارية المتاحة
وقالت مساعدة وزير الخارجية للشؤون القنصلية مورا نامدار إن الوزارة حثّت الأمريكيين على مغادرة الدول المعنية عبر الوسائل التجارية المتاحة، مشددة على أهمية التحرك السريع قبل أي تطورات قد تعيق حركة السفر.
قائمة الدول المشمولة بالتحذير
وشمل التحذير كلاً من: البحرين، مصر، إيران، العراق، إسرائيل، الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة، الأردن، الكويت، لبنان، سلطنة عُمان، قطر، السعودية، سورية، الإمارات، واليمن.
وأكدت الخارجية الأمريكية أنها تواصل مراقبة الأوضاع عن كثب، داعية مواطنيها إلى متابعة التحديثات الأمنية والالتزام بتعليمات السفارات والقنصليات الأمريكية في تلك الدول.
The U.S. State Department urged American citizens yesterday (Monday) to leave more than 14 countries in the Middle East "immediately." It stated in a post on the "X" platform: "Leave now via commercial transportation due to serious security risks."
The warning comes amid ongoing U.S.-Israeli strikes against Iran, accompanied by rising security tensions in the region.
Use of Available Commercial Means
Assistant Secretary of State for Consular Affairs Maura Namdar stated that the department urged Americans to leave the affected countries using available commercial means, emphasizing the importance of swift action before any developments that could hinder travel.
List of Countries Included in the Warning
The warning included: Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, the West Bank and Gaza Strip, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the UAE, and Yemen.
The U.S. State Department confirmed that it continues to monitor the situation closely, urging its citizens to follow security updates and adhere to the instructions of U.S. embassies and consulates in those countries.
