أصدرت دارة الملك عبدالعزيز «الدليل المعرفي للمحتوى التاريخي لليوم الوطني 2026م»، بوصفه مرجعًا وطنيًا موثوقًا يوثق المعلومات والوقائع والأحداث المرتبطة باليوم الوطني، ويتيح مادة تاريخية وعلمية ثرية للجهات الإعلامية والثقافية والباحثين.
ويستعرض الدليل مسيرة توحيد المملكة منذ استعادة الرياض عام 1902م، وصولًا إلى إعلان توحيد البلاد باسم المملكة العربية السعودية في 23 سبتمبر 1932م، إلى جانب موضوعات تتصل بتاريخ الملك عبدالعزيز، والرموز الوطنية، ومؤسسات الحكم والإدارة، ومسيرة البناء والتنمية.
وفي حديث خاص لـ«عكاظ»، قال الرئيس التنفيذي لدارة الملك عبدالعزيز تركي الشويعر: «يمثل هذا الدليل قيمة معرفية سعودية موثوقة، أُعدت مادته على أساس علمي يجمع المعلومات والوقائع والأحداث المرتبطة باليوم الوطني، ويقدمها في صيغة منظمة تيسر الإفادة منها وتدعم دقة المحتوى المتصل بتاريخ المملكة ومناسباتها الوطنية».
وأضاف: «يعكس إصدار الدليل مسؤولية الدارة في حفظ الذاكرة الوطنية وإتاحتها، كما يؤكد الشراكة مع الإعلام بوصفه داعمًا لإبراز جهود المملكة ومسيرتها، وتقديم اليوم الوطني بدلالاته التاريخية وصلته بوحدة البلاد وهويتها الوطنية.
ويحظى هذا التوجه بدعم وحرص الأمير فيصل بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، رئيس مجلس إدارة الدارة، بما يعزز التكامل في حفظ التاريخ الوطني، ويدعم إنتاج محتوى يستند إلى مصادر دقيقة وموثوقة».
The King Abdulaziz Foundation has issued "The Knowledge Guide for the Historical Content of the National Day 2026," serving as a reliable national reference that documents information, facts, and events related to the National Day, providing rich historical and scientific material for media, cultural entities, and researchers.
The guide reviews the journey of the unification of the Kingdom, starting from the recovery of Riyadh in 1902, leading up to the declaration of the unification of the country under the name of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on September 23, 1932, along with topics related to the history of King Abdulaziz, national symbols, governance and administration institutions, and the journey of construction and development.
In a special interview with "Okaz," the CEO of the King Abdulaziz Foundation, Turki Al-Shuwaier, stated: "This guide represents a reliable Saudi knowledge value, prepared based on scientific principles that gather information, facts, and events related to the National Day, presenting them in an organized format that facilitates their use and supports the accuracy of content related to the history of the Kingdom and its national occasions."
He added: "The issuance of the guide reflects the foundation's responsibility in preserving and making the national memory accessible, and it emphasizes the partnership with the media as a supporter in highlighting the Kingdom's efforts and its journey, presenting the National Day with its historical significance and its connection to the unity of the country and its national identity."
This approach is supported and emphasized by Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the foundation, which enhances the integration in preserving national history and supports the production of content based on accurate and reliable sources.
