أصدرت وزارة الثقافة اليوم تقويم فعاليات المنظومة الثقافية لعام 2025، متضمناً باقة متنوّعة من الفعاليات والأنشطة والمهرجانات التي تُنظّمها المنظومة الثقافية، وتستهدف جميع الشرائح الاجتماعية في عموم مناطق المملكة، وذلك انطلاقاً من حرصها على تيسير وصول المحتوى الثقافي إلى جميع المهتمين، وضمان تفاعلهم مع المعروض الثقافي واستعدادهم له منذ وقت مبكر.
وأتاحت الوزارة التقويم على الرابط الإلكتروني: https://www.moc.gov.sa/-/media/Project/Ministries/Moc/Publications/Cutural-eventsV3_2025.pdf، واشتمل التقويم على فعالياتٍ نوعية، ومؤتمراتٍ متخصصة، وملتقياتٍ إبداعية، من أهمها فعالية «بين ثقافتين» التي تستضيف هذا العام الثقافة الصينية تزامناً مع العام الثقافي السعودي الصيني 2025م، وفعالية «أطفال الثقافة» التي تقام في مدينة الجوف بالتزامن مع اليوم العالمي للطفل وترتبط ارتباطاً مباشراً بإستراتيجية ثقافة الطفل، إلى جانب مؤتمر الاستثمار الثقافي، ومعارض الكِتاب في أربع مدن، والحفل الختامي للجوائز الثقافية الوطنية، وحفل مسابقة المهارات الثقافية، وأسبوع الرياض للأزياء، ومنتدى الأفلام السعودي، ومهرجان البحر الأحمر السينمائي الدولي، وغيرها من الفعاليات في مجالات الأدب، والفلسفة، والترجمة، وفنون العمارة، والمكتبات، والأزياء، والفنون البصرية، والتراث، والموسيقى، والمسرح والفنون الأدائية، والسينما، وفنون الطهي، والمتاحف.
وتضمن التقويم الفعاليات التي تُقام تزامناً مع عام الحِرف اليدوية 2025، مثل الأسبوع الدولي للحِرف اليدوية «بنان»، بالإضافة إلى مشاركة مبادرة «عام الحِرف اليدوية 2025» في الفعاليات المحلية التي تُقام على مدار العام، وإقامة حفلها الختامي في نهاية العام.
واحتوى التقويم على رصد لمشاركة المنظومة الثقافية في عددٍ من الفعاليات الوطنية التي تنظمها مختلف الجهات الحكومية، ومن بينها المشاركة في ملتقى بيبان 2025، وكأس العالم للرياضات الإلكترونية، وغيرها من الفعاليات والمؤتمرات المحلية، التي تُسجل فيها الثقافة السعودية حضورها لتعكس غِنى ثقافة وفنون المملكة.
ويُعد تقويم الفعاليات الثقافية أحد إصدارات وزارة الثقافة، الذي يعكس زخم الحِراك الثقافي السعودي، ويوفّر مرجعاً موثوقاً للجهات والأفراد داخل المملكة، ويعرّف بأنشطة وفعاليات القطاع الثقافي ومواعيدها، ومواقع إقامتها، وذلك في خطوةٍ تعكس حرص الوزارة على توفير المحتوى الثقافي وتسهيل الوصول له، مع ما يتضمنه ذلك من إبراز لجهود المنظومة الثقافية في المساهمة بتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، نحو تنمية مستدامة وشاملة للقطاع الثقافي بمختلف قطاعاته.
The Ministry of Culture has released today the calendar of cultural system activities for the year 2025, which includes a diverse array of events, activities, and festivals organized by the cultural system, targeting all social segments across the Kingdom. This is part of its commitment to facilitate access to cultural content for all interested parties and to ensure their engagement with the cultural offerings and their readiness for them well in advance.

The calendar includes qualitative events, specialized conferences, and creative forums, among which are the event "Between Two Cultures," which this year hosts Chinese culture in conjunction with the Saudi-Chinese Cultural Year 2025, and the "Children of Culture" event held in Al-Jouf coinciding with World Children's Day, directly linked to the Child Culture Strategy. Additionally, it features the Cultural Investment Conference, book fairs in four cities, the closing ceremony for the National Cultural Awards, the Cultural Skills Competition, Riyadh Fashion Week, the Saudi Film Forum, the Red Sea International Film Festival, and other events in the fields of literature, philosophy, translation, architecture, libraries, fashion, visual arts, heritage, music, theater and performing arts, cinema, culinary arts, and museums.
The calendar also includes events that coincide with the Year of Handicrafts 2025, such as the International Handicrafts Week "Banan," in addition to the participation of the "Year of Handicrafts 2025" initiative in local events held throughout the year, culminating in its closing ceremony at the end of the year.
The calendar contains an overview of the cultural system's participation in several national events organized by various government entities, including participation in the 2025 MEBAN Forum, the World Cup for Electronic Sports, and other local events and conferences, where Saudi culture is represented to reflect the richness of the Kingdom's culture and arts.
The cultural events calendar is one of the Ministry of Culture's publications, reflecting the momentum of the Saudi cultural movement and providing a reliable reference for entities and individuals within the Kingdom. It introduces the activities and events of the cultural sector, their schedules, and their locations, in a step that reflects the ministry's commitment to providing cultural content and facilitating access to it, highlighting the efforts of the cultural system in contributing to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 towards sustainable and comprehensive development of the cultural sector in all its facets.
