انتقل الفنان المصري سامي عبد الحليم، إلى الإقامة بدار رعاية كبار الفنانين بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر بمحافظة الجيزة، والتي تتبع نقابة المهن التمثيلية، إذ يوجد حالياً داخل الدار رفقة عدد من النجوم الكبار، من بينهم الفنان محيي إسماعيل ونبيل نور الدين وفاتن الحلو غيرهم.
حالة مستقرة
وقال نقيب المهن التمثيلية الدكتور أشرف زكي: «الحالة الصحية للفنان سامي عبد الحليم مستقرة إلى درجة كبيرة، وإقامته داخل دار كبار الفنانين ستكون بشكل مؤقتٍ لحين استقرار حالته بشكل كامل»، مشيراً إلى أن دار إقامة كبار الفنانين توفر الرعاية اللازمة للنجوم، والمتابعة الطبية المستمرة، بجانب جلسات العلاج الطبيعي التي يحتاجها البعض.
إقامة مؤقتة
من جانبه قال مدير دار رعاية كبار الفنانين الفنان محمود عبد الغفار: «الفنان أشرف زكي هو من اقترح نقل الفنان سامي عبد الحليم، للإقامة داخل الدار حتى يحظى بالرعاية الكاملة، وأخبر أسرته بذلك الاقتراح، حيث اقتنعوا بدورهم ووافقوا على انتقاله».
وأضاف أن إقامة النجم الشهير ستكون مؤقتة، وستحدث فرقاً كبيراً في حالته النفسية، خاصة أنه مكث بالمستشفى لفترة طويلة.
جلطة في المخ
ويعاني الفنان القدير سامي عبد الحليم من تداعيات إصابته بجلطة في المخ، أدت إلى تأثر كامل في النطق والحركة وبعض الوظائف الحيوية، ما يجعله في حالة احتياج ماسٍ لبروتوكول علاجي مكثف يشمل جلسات تأهيل طبيعي، خاصة مع معاناته من مضاعفات مرض السكري.
ويعد عبد الحليم من أعمدة المعهد العالي للفنون المسرحية، وبدأ مسيرته في السبعينيات وبرز كأستاذ متخصص في الديكور المسرحي.
ساهم بلمساته الإبداعية في عروض مسرحية بمصر والأردن والإمارات، كما شارك بالتمثيل في أعمال درامية خالدة مثل مسلسل «أم كلثوم»، ومسرحية «الجوكر»، وفيلم «حليم». كما كان له دور بارز في تأسيس فرع المعهد العالي للفنون المسرحية بالإسكندرية.
The Egyptian artist Sami Abdel Halim has moved to reside at the Elderly Artists Care Home in 6th of October City, Giza Governorate, which is affiliated with the Actors' Syndicate. He is currently at the home alongside several prominent stars, including the artists Mohy Ismail, Nabil Nour El-Din, and Faten El-Halou.
Stable Condition
The head of the Actors' Syndicate, Dr. Ashraf Zaki, stated: "The health condition of artist Sami Abdel Halim is largely stable, and his stay at the Elderly Artists Home will be temporary until his condition stabilizes completely," noting that the home provides the necessary care for the stars, continuous medical follow-up, as well as physical therapy sessions that some may need.
Temporary Stay
For his part, the director of the Elderly Artists Care Home, artist Mahmoud Abdel Ghaffar, said: "Artist Ashraf Zaki suggested transferring artist Sami Abdel Halim to reside in the home to receive full care, and he informed his family of this suggestion, which they agreed to."
He added that the famous star's stay will be temporary and will make a significant difference in his psychological state, especially since he has spent a long time in the hospital.
Stroke
The esteemed artist Sami Abdel Halim suffers from the aftermath of a stroke that has severely affected his speech, movement, and some vital functions, making him in urgent need of an intensive treatment protocol that includes rehabilitation sessions, especially as he suffers from complications of diabetes.
Abdel Halim is considered one of the pillars of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, having begun his career in the 1970s and emerged as a specialist professor in theatrical decoration.
He contributed his creative touches to theatrical performances in Egypt, Jordan, and the UAE, and participated in timeless dramatic works such as the series "Umm Kulthum," the play "The Joker," and the film "Halime." He also played a prominent role in establishing the branch of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Alexandria.
