ماذا حدث بين ريهام سعيد وياسمين الخطيب؟ سؤال تصدّر مواقع التواصل بعد أن أصدر المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام في مصر قرارًا بمنع الإعلاميتين من الظهور في جميع وسائل الإعلام لمدة شهرين، على خلفية التراشق المتبادل بينهما عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وما تبعه من شكاوى وتحقيقات.
وأكد المجلس أن القرار ملزم لكل الوسائل الخاضعة للقانون، وأنه جاء بناءً على توصيات لجنة الشكاوى بعد فحص ما نُشر على حساباتهما في (فيسبوك).
وأشار المجلس إلى أن الإدارة العامة للرصد تابعت ما دار بين الطرفين، معتبرة أن بعض ما تم تداوله لا يتفق مع القواعد المهنية وضوابط العمل الإعلامي، مشددًا على أن مسؤولية الإعلامي تمتد إلى ما ينشره عبر السوشيال ميديا، باعتبارها جزءًا من المجال العام الذي يتطلب التزامًا مهنيًا واحترامًا للجمهور.
وجاء القرار بعد سلسلة شكاوى تقدمت بها ريهام سعيد إلى نقابة الإعلاميين ضد محمد الدسوقي رشدي وياسمين الخطيب، مؤكدة أنها تعرضت للسب والتشهير والخوض في حياتها الشخصية والانتقاص من مهنيتها. وكانت النقابة قد بحثت الشكويين واستعرضت وجهات النظر المتعلقة بطريقة تناول الموضوع.
وعلّقت ريهام سعيد على قرار المنع متسائلة: «ما هذا الظلم.. هل أخطأت في عملي؟»، مشيرة إلى أن برنامجها يلتزم بالأكواد الإعلامية، وأن عملها يمثل مصدر دخلها الأساسي، ما يجعل القرار مؤثرًا على معيشتها. أما ياسمين الخطيب فأوضحت أن فترة منع ظهورها تتزامن مع إجازتها السنوية التي ستقضيها في إيطاليا.

The council confirmed that the decision is binding for all media outlets subject to the law, and that it was based on the recommendations of the Complaints Committee after reviewing what was published on their Facebook accounts.
The council indicated that the General Administration for Monitoring followed what transpired between the two parties, considering that some of what was circulated does not comply with professional standards and media work regulations, emphasizing that the responsibility of a media professional extends to what they publish on social media, as it is part of the public domain that requires professional commitment and respect for the audience.
The decision came after a series of complaints filed by Riham Said to the Journalists' Syndicate against Mohamed El Desouki Rushdi and Yasmin El Khatib, asserting that she was subjected to insults, defamation, intrusion into her personal life, and undermining of her professionalism. The syndicate had examined the two complaints and reviewed the viewpoints related to the way the issue was addressed.
Riham Said commented on the ban, questioning: "What is this injustice... Did I make a mistake in my work?" She pointed out that her program adheres to media codes and that her work represents her main source of income, making the decision impactful on her livelihood. As for Yasmin El Khatib, she clarified that the period of her ban coincides with her annual vacation, which she will spend in Italy.
