يستعد الفنان المغربي سعد لمجرد لخوض جولة قانونية جديدة في فرنسا، عقب صدور حكم استئنافي بسجنه 10 سنوات، إذ يعتزم فريق دفاعه التقدم بطعن بالنقض، متمسكاً بالدفوع التي يرى أنها قد تؤثر في مسار القضية أمام القضاء.

وكشف المحامي وديع الحماموشي، عضو فريق الدفاع، عن حالة لمجرد داخل سجن فرين عقب زيارته، موضحاً في تصريحات صحفية محلية بالمغرب أنه يمر بظروف صعبة نفسياً وصحياً منذ صدور الحكم، دون الكشف عن طبيعة مشكلاته الصحية.
وأشار المحامي إلى تأثر لمجرد بالحكم، موضحاً أنه يبكي من الصباح إلى المساء، فيما كان الحديث عن استمرار دعم الجمهور المغربي له من الأمور القليلة التي منحته بعض الراحة خلال الزيارة.
الدفاع يتمسك بالطعن
وأكد الحماموشي استعداد فريق الدفاع للطعن بالنقض، مجدداً تمسكه ببراءة لمجرد، ومستنداً إلى عناصر قال إنها لم تكن مطروحة خلال المحاكمة الأولى عام 2023.
ومن بين هذه العناصر، بحسب المحامي، واقعة ابتزاز منفصلة تضمنت مطالبة لمجرد بـ3 ملايين يورو مقابل عدم حضور المشتكية للمحاكمة، إلى جانب مراسلات سابقة يرى الدفاع أنها تثير تساؤلات بشأن ثبات روايتها، فضلاً عن اعتراضه على تقييم بعض الأدلة والشهادات التي استند إليها الحكم.
وتترقب قضية سعد لمجرد مرحلة جديدة أمام محكمة النقض، بعد الحكم الاستئنافي بسجنه 10 سنوات في قضية اتهامه باغتصاب لورا بريول، فيما يستعد فريق دفاعه للطعن على الحكم، مع استمرار الفنان المغربي في نفي الاتهام والتمسك بالبراءة.

Details of His Situation Inside Prison
Attorney Wadi Al-Hammouchi, a member of the defense team, revealed Lamjarred's condition inside Fresnes prison following his visit, explaining in local press statements in Morocco that he is going through difficult psychological and health circumstances since the ruling, without disclosing the nature of his health issues.
The lawyer noted that Lamjarred has been affected by the ruling, explaining that he cries from morning until evening, while discussions about the continued support from the Moroccan public were among the few things that provided him with some comfort during the visit.
The Defense Insists on the Appeal
Al-Hammouchi confirmed the defense team's readiness to file a cassation appeal, reiterating their insistence on Lamjarred's innocence, based on elements he stated were not presented during the initial trial in 2023.
Among these elements, according to the lawyer, is a separate extortion incident involving a demand for 3 million euros from Lamjarred in exchange for the complainant not attending the trial, in addition to previous correspondence that the defense believes raises questions about the consistency of her account, as well as his objection to the evaluation of certain evidence and testimonies relied upon in the ruling.
The case of Saad Lamjarred is awaiting a new phase before the Court of Cassation, following the appellate ruling sentencing him to 10 years in prison in the case of his alleged rape of Laura Prioul, while his defense team prepares to appeal the ruling, with the Moroccan artist continuing to deny the accusation and insisting on his innocence.
