تعود منى زكي إلى الدراما من بوابة مختلفة، بعدما كُشف عن الإعلان الأول لمسلسل (طالع نازل)، الذي يضعها في قلب أزمة زوجية تبدأ من اكتشاف الخيانة، قبل أن تتسع تداعياتها لتطال تفاصيل حياتها وعلاقتها بزوجها، الذي يجسد شخصيته الفنان محمد شاهين.
ويقدم البرومو لمحات من حياة تبدو في بدايتها مستقرة، قبل أن يدخل الشك والخيانة على خط العلاقة، لتجد الشخصية التي تؤديها منى زكي نفسها أمام واقع جديد لم تكن مستعدة له. ومع تصاعد الأحداث، تتحول الأزمة الزوجية إلى سلسلة من المواجهات والقرارات التي تعيد ترتيب حياتها من جديد.
ويبدو أن العمل يراهن على الجانب النفسي للعلاقات الإنسانية، من خلال تتبع ما يحدث داخل الأسرة عندما تهتز الثقة بين الزوجين، وما تتركه الصدمة من أسئلة وتحولات، بدلًا من الاكتفاء بعرض الخلاف الزوجي في صورته التقليدية. وتجمع البطولة بين منى زكي ومحمد شاهين، في تجربة درامية تعود بها الأولى إلى الشاشة بعد غياب عن الأعمال الدرامية منذ مسلسل (تحت الوصاية).
أما سينمائيًا، فكان من أحدث ظهوراتها فيلم (الجواهرجي) إلى جانب محمد هنيدي، في عمل كوميدي يدور حول زوجين تتعقد علاقتهما بعد سلسلة من الخلافات، فيحاولان الاستعانة بمستشار متخصص في العلاقات الزوجية بعدما أصبح الطلاق للمرة الثالثة احتمالًا يهدد استقرار حياتهما.
وفي الجهة المقابلة، يدخل محمد شاهين (طالع نازل) بعد مشاركته في مسلسل (لام شمسية)، الذي تناول قضية حساسة مرتبطة بالأطفال داخل البيئة المدرسية، بالتوازي مع أزمات عائلية واجهتها الشخصيات الرئيسية خلال الأحداث.
Mona Zaki returns to drama through a different gateway, after the first trailer for the series (Tali' Nazeel) was revealed, placing her at the heart of a marital crisis that begins with the discovery of infidelity, before its repercussions widen to affect the details of her life and her relationship with her husband, portrayed by the artist Mohamed Shaheen.
The promo offers glimpses of a life that seems stable at first, before doubt and betrayal enter the relationship, leading the character played by Mona Zaki to face a new reality she was not prepared for. As events escalate, the marital crisis transforms into a series of confrontations and decisions that rearrange her life anew.
It seems that the work bets on the psychological aspect of human relationships, by tracking what happens within the family when trust between the spouses is shaken, and what shock leaves in terms of questions and transformations, instead of merely presenting marital disputes in their traditional form. The lead roles are shared between Mona Zaki and Mohamed Shaheen, in a dramatic experience that marks Zaki's return to the screen after a hiatus from dramatic works since the series (Taht Al-Wasaya).
On the cinematic front, one of her latest appearances was in the film (Al-Jawaherji) alongside Mohamed Henedy, in a comedic work revolving around a couple whose relationship becomes complicated after a series of disputes, prompting them to seek the help of a specialist in marital relationships after the threat of divorce for the third time looms over their stability.
On the other hand, Mohamed Shaheen enters (Tali' Nazeel) after participating in the series (Lam Shamsiya), which addressed a sensitive issue related to children within the school environment, alongside the family crises faced by the main characters during the events.
