كشفت وسائل إعلام تركية تفاصيل إفادة الممثل التركي أراس بولوت إينيملي أمام النيابة، ضمن التحقيق الذي تجريه النيابة العامة في باكيركوي بشأن قضايا مرتبطة بالمواد المخدرة، وشمل عدداً من مشاهير الفن والإعلام والرياضة.
وأوضح إينيملي في إفادته أنه لا يتعاطى مواد مخدرة أو منبهة، ولا تربطه صلة بأشخاص معروفين بترويجها، مؤكداً أنه لم يستعن بأي وسيط للحصول عليها، ولم يُجرِ تحويلات مالية لأي شخص بغرض شرائها.
وأشار إلى أن هاتفه وتطبيقاته لا تتضمن وسائل تشفير إضافية، باستثناء رمز قفل الجهاز، لافتاً إلى أنه سلّم الرمز طوعاً للجهات المختصة لإتاحة فحص الهاتف ضمن إجراءات التحقيق.
وأضاف أنه لم ينظم في منزله أو في أماكن مفتوحة ومغلقة حفلات مرتبطة بتعاطي تلك المواد، كما لم يقم بتنظيم فعاليات مماثلة على متن يخوت أو قوارب، ولم يحضر حفلات أو مهرجانات أو أماكن ترفيهية شهدت تعاطيها.
واختتم إينيملي إفادته برفض الاستفادة من أحكام «الندم الفعّال»، مؤكداً أنه لم يرتكب جريمة تستوجب اللجوء إليها، فيما تتواصل الإجراءات القانونية وفحص الأدلة المرتبطة بملف التحقيق.

Turkish media revealed details of the testimony of Turkish actor Aras Bulut İynemli before the prosecutor's office, as part of the investigation being conducted by the Bakırköy public prosecutor regarding cases related to narcotics, which included several celebrities from the fields of art, media, and sports.
İynemli clarified in his testimony that he does not use narcotics or stimulants, and he has no connections with individuals known for promoting them, affirming that he did not use any intermediary to obtain them, nor did he make any financial transfers to anyone for the purpose of purchasing them.
He pointed out that his phone and applications do not include any additional encryption methods, except for the device's lock code, noting that he voluntarily provided the code to the relevant authorities to allow for the examination of the phone as part of the investigation procedures.
He added that he has not organized parties at his home or in open and closed places related to the use of those substances, nor has he organized similar events on yachts or boats, and he has not attended parties, festivals, or entertainment venues where such substances were used.
İynemli concluded his testimony by rejecting the benefit of the "effective remorse" provisions, affirming that he has not committed a crime that would necessitate resorting to it, while legal proceedings and the examination of evidence related to the investigation file continue.
