حسم نقيب المهن الموسيقية في مصر الفنان مصطفى كامل، الجدل حول وجود خلاف بينه وبين الفنان بهاء سلطان، مؤكداً عدم وجود أي خلاف بينهما، ومشدداً على أن علاقتهما تمتد إلى نحو 30 عاماً، منذ أن كان بهاء سلطان في بداياته الفنية.
وأوضح مصطفى كامل خلال مداخلة هاتفية، أن معرفته ببهاء سلطان بدأت عام 1996، مستغرباً ما تردد طوال السنوات الماضية عن وجود خلافات بينهما، في الوقت الذي تعود علاقتهما إلى فترة سبقت انطلاقة بهاء نحو النجومية.
وكشف أن موهبة بهاء سلطان لفتت انتباهه منذ المرة الأولى التي استمع فيها إلى صوته، ما دفعه إلى التعرف إليه عن قرب، موضحاً أنه جلس معه لمدة 6 أشهر قبل أن يقدمه إلى المنتج نصر محروس.
إشادة بموهبته
وأشاد نقيب المهن الموسيقية بالمشوار الفني الذي حققه بهاء سلطان، مؤكداً أنه استطاع تحقيق نجاحات كبيرة بفضل موهبته وصوته المميز.

Mustafa Kamel explained during a phone call that his acquaintance with Bahaa Sultan began in 1996, expressing surprise at the rumors that have circulated over the years about disagreements between them, while their relationship dates back to a time before Bahaa's rise to stardom.
He revealed that Bahaa Sultan's talent caught his attention the first time he heard his voice, which led him to get to know him closely, noting that he spent six months with him before introducing him to producer Nasr Mahrous.
