وسط تزايد الضغوط على ثلاجات الموتى وازدحام المستشفيات في صنعاء وعدد من المحافظات الواقعة تحت سيطرة المليشيا الحوثية بالقتلى والباحثين عن أبنائهم، شيّع الحوثيون أمس (السبت) في عدد من المحافظات أكثر من 30 قيادياً حوثياً.
وقالت مصادر موثوقة لـ«عكاظ» إن القيادات التي جرى تشييعها أمس في صنعاء وست محافظات أخرى تتراوح رتبهم بين عقيد ورائد ونقيب وملازم أول، مبينة أن المليشيا لم تحدد موقع مقتلهم، وجرى إخراجهم من مستشفيات صنعاء بعد استدعاء ذويهم وتسليمهم لهم لتشييعهم.
وأكدت المصادر أن المليشيا أغلقت المستشفيين العسكري والشرطة في وجه المرضى، ومنعتهم من دخولهما، مبينة أن الإجراءات اشتدت داخل المستشفيات الحكومية في ظل وصول عدد كبير من القتلى والجرحى إلى صنعاء.
وقالت المصادر: «بالنسبة للقتلى من المحافظات التي تشهد مواجهات، لم يتم نقل أي جثة إلى صنعاء، والتوجيهات بأن يتم تسليمهم لذويهم من المستشفيات الواقعة في كل منطقة يتم نقل الجثث فيها»، مضيفة: «الحوثي يكتفي بنقل من يتم انتشال جثمانه من أبناء صنعاء وما جاورها إلى مستشفيات صنعاء، أما البقية فيسلم كل في منطقته وبشكل سري».
وذكرت المصادر أن المعلومات المؤكدة تشير إلى أن قائمة القتلى من عناصر وقيادات المليشيا تجاوزت 500 قتيل حوثي منذ بداية التصعيد، لكن التوقعات تشير إلى أنها ربما تجاوزت ألف قتيل؛ لأن هناك جثامين لا تصل إلى صنعاء ومستشفياتها، ويتم تشييعها سراً، حيث يتم تشييع القيادات في المرحلة الحالية والمشرفين من صنعاء، بينما لا يتم نقل قيادات ومشرفي المناطق إلى صنعاء، ويتم تسليمهم لذويهم لتشييعهم خلال 48 ساعة من مقتلهم.
في غضون ذلك، وصلت تعزيزات كبيرة من قوات درع الوطن إلى الجبهة الغربية لمدينة تعز، فيما وصل القائد العام للقوات عبدالرحمن اللحجي إلى مديرية المخا للإشراف على العمليات العسكرية وتطهير الجبهات الغربية وقطع شرايين الإمدادات عن المليشيا في مديريات مقبنة وجبل حبشي من خلال فتح جبهات جديدة لم تتوقعها المليشيا، وفقاً لمصدر عسكري.
وعلى وقع الخسائر الكبيرة التي تتكبدها المليشيا، قصف الحوثيون فجر اليوم (الأحد) مدينة تعز بثلاثة صواريخ باليستية، وبحسب شهود عيان، فإن الصواريخ سقطت بالقرب من مبنى الرعاية الاجتماعية وكلية الطب والسجن المركزي، دون وقوع خسائر بشرية.
وذكر الشهود أن الصواريخ تسببت في حالة من الخوف والهلع بين السكان، لكنها لم تحدث أي أضرار بشرية أو مادية.
Amid increasing pressure on morgues and overcrowded hospitals in Sana'a and several provinces under the control of the Houthi militia, with casualties and families searching for their loved ones, the Houthis yesterday (Saturday) buried more than 30 Houthi leaders in several provinces.
Reliable sources told "Okaz" that the leaders who were buried yesterday in Sana'a and six other provinces held ranks ranging from Colonel to Major, Captain, and First Lieutenant, indicating that the militia did not specify the location of their deaths, and they were taken out of hospitals in Sana'a after their families were summoned and handed them over for burial.
The sources confirmed that the militia closed the military and police hospitals to patients, preventing them from entering, noting that the procedures intensified within government hospitals amid the arrival of a large number of dead and wounded to Sana'a.
The sources stated: "As for the dead from the provinces experiencing confrontations, no bodies have been transferred to Sana'a, and the directives are that they should be handed over to their families from the hospitals located in each area where the bodies are transferred," adding: "The Houthis only transfer those whose bodies are retrieved from the people of Sana'a and its surroundings to hospitals in Sana'a, while the others are handed over in their areas and in secrecy."
The sources mentioned that confirmed information indicates that the list of dead among the militia's elements and leaders has exceeded 500 Houthi casualties since the escalation began, but expectations suggest that it may have surpassed a thousand casualties; because there are bodies that do not reach Sana'a and its hospitals, and they are buried secretly, as the leaders are currently buried along with the supervisors from Sana'a, while leaders and supervisors from other areas are not transferred to Sana'a, and they are handed over to their families for burial within 48 hours of their deaths.
Meanwhile, large reinforcements from the National Shield Forces arrived at the western front of the city of Taiz, while the Commander of the Armed Forces, Abdul Rahman Al-Lahji, arrived in the Al-Mokha district to oversee military operations and cleanse the western fronts and cut off supply lines to the militia in the districts of Maqbana and Jabal Habashi by opening new fronts that the militia did not expect, according to a military source.
In light of the significant losses the militia is suffering, the Houthis launched a missile attack on the city of Taiz early today (Sunday) with three ballistic missiles. According to eyewitnesses, the missiles fell near the Social Welfare Building, the College of Medicine, and the Central Prison, without causing any human casualties.
Witnesses reported that the missiles caused panic and fear among the residents, but did not result in any human or material damage.
