ثمّن مجلس إدارة شركة نادي الهلال برئاسة الأمير نواف بن سعد، الدعم الاستثنائي الذي قدّمه الأمير الوليد بن طلال للهلال خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية للموسم الرياضي 2026-2027، وما أسهم به في تعزيز صفوف فريق الهلال الأول لكرة القدم، ودعم احتياجاته الفنية بما يواكب طموحات النادي وتطلعاته.
ويأتي دعم الأمير الوليد بن طلال امتداداً لعلاقة تاريخية راسخة بالهلال، ومواقف ممتدّة أسهمت في مسيرة النادي على مدى عقود؛ إذ واصل دعمه خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية قبل اكتمال استحواذ شركة «المملكة القابضة» على (70%) من أسهم شركة نادي الهلال، واستمر بعد اكتمال الاستحواذ؛ حرصاً منه على مصالح الهلال الآنية والمستقبلية، وتعزيز قدرته التنافسية محلياً ودولياً.
وأكد مجلس الإدارة أن الدعم الاستثنائي الذي قدّمه الأمير الوليد بن طلال خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية يعزّز ما تتمتع به شركة نادي الهلال من قوة مالية وتجارية، وعوائد وإيرادات تعد من الأعلى على مستوى المنطقة؛ إذ جاء دعمه انطلاقاً من حرصه على مواكبة متطلبات هذه المرحلة، وتعزيز قدرة النادي على تنفيذ مستهدفاته الرياضية، بما يخدم مصالح الهلال وتنافسيته في الحاضر والمستقبل.
ونوّه مجلس الإدارة بما أسهم به «صندوق الاستثمارات العامة» خلال مرحلة ملكيته الأكبر للنادي من دعم وتمكين لمسيرة التحول المؤسسي لشركة نادي الهلال، وتطوير منظومة العمل فيها، وتعزيز قدراتها التشغيلية والتجارية، بما أسهم في ترسيخ أسس متينة تواصل عليها الشركة مسيرة النمو والاستدامة في مرحلتها الجديدة.
The Board of Directors of Al Hilal Club, headed by Prince Nawaf bin Saad, appreciated the exceptional support provided by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal to Al Hilal during the summer transfer period for the 2026-2027 sports season, and what he contributed to strengthening the ranks of the first football team of Al Hilal, and supporting its technical needs in line with the club's ambitions and aspirations.
This support from Prince Alwaleed bin Talal is an extension of a long-standing historical relationship with Al Hilal, and ongoing positions that have contributed to the club's journey over decades; he continued his support during the summer transfer period before the completion of Kingdom Holding Company's acquisition of (70%) of Al Hilal Club's shares, and it continued after the completion of the acquisition, out of his concern for the immediate and future interests of Al Hilal, and to enhance its competitive ability locally and internationally.
The Board of Directors confirmed that the exceptional support provided by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal during the summer transfer period enhances the financial and commercial strength of Al Hilal Club, with revenues and returns that are among the highest in the region; his support came from his desire to meet the requirements of this phase and to enhance the club's ability to achieve its sports objectives, serving the interests of Al Hilal and its competitiveness in the present and future.
The Board of Directors noted the contributions made by the Public Investment Fund during its larger ownership phase of the club in supporting and empowering the institutional transformation of Al Hilal Club, developing its operational and commercial systems, which contributed to establishing solid foundations for the company to continue its growth and sustainability in its new phase.
