يخوض الفنان المصري محمد رمضان، اختباراً جديداً على المسرح، خلال حفله في مدينة راس البر، بعد موافقة نقابة المهن الموسيقية على إقامته، وسط ضوابط واضحة تتعلق بالتزامه بالقواعد المنظمة للحفلات.
ويأتي الحفل بعد الجدل الذي رافق ظهور رمضان الأخير في الساحل الشمالي، إذ ظهر على المسرح دون قميص، ما أثار انتقادات وأعاد ملف إطلالاته في الحفلات إلى الواجهة.
وأكد المتحدث باسم نقابة المهن الموسيقية طارق مرتضى لـ«عكاظ»، أن النقابة وافقت على إقامة الحفل، مشترطة التزام محمد رمضان بالقواعد المنظمة، ومن بينها عدم خلع ملابسه أثناء تقديم فقرته الغنائية.
وتضع هذه الاشتراطات الحفل في دائرة الاهتمام، خصوصاً أن المسألة تجاوزت حدود ظهور الفنان على المسرح إلى مسؤولية الجهة المنظمة أيضاً، إذ حذرت النقابة من أن مخالفة التعليمات قد تعرض المنظمين للحرمان من الحصول على تصاريح لإقامة حفلات جديدة.
وبين الجدل الذي أعقب حفل الساحل وضوابط النقابة المعلنة، يتحول ظهور محمد رمضان في راس البر إلى اختبار عملي لمدى التزامه بالتعليمات، في حفل باتت تفاصيل ما سيحدث على خشبته محل ترقب، بقدر ما يحظى الجانب الغنائي نفسه بالاهتمام.

Tarik Mortada, the spokesperson for the Musicians' Syndicate, confirmed to "Okaz" that the syndicate approved the concert, stipulating that Mohamed Ramadan must adhere to the established rules, including not removing his clothes during his performance.
These conditions place the concert in the spotlight, especially since the issue has gone beyond the artist's appearance on stage to the responsibility of the organizing body as well, as the syndicate warned that violating the instructions could lead to the organizers being deprived of permits to hold new concerts.
Amid the controversy that followed the North Coast concert and the announced regulations of the syndicate, Mohamed Ramadan's appearance in Ras El Bar becomes a practical test of his commitment to the instructions, in a concert where the details of what will happen on stage are eagerly anticipated, just as much as the musical aspect itself is of interest.
