رحل الفنان المصري أحمد جلال عبد القوي، صباح اليوم (الأحد)، بعد صراع مع مرض السرطان الذي أصابه في منطقة الحجاب الحاجز، وذلك بعد أسابيع من كشفه تفاصيل أزمته الصحية وطلبه الدعاء من جمهوره.

وأعلن شقيقه جلال عبدالقوي نبأ الوفاة عبر حسابه الرسمي على منصة «فيسبوك»، دون كشف موعد تشييع الجنازة والعزاء.

سادت حالة من الحزن بين الوسط الفني ومحبيه فور انتشار الخبر، وسارع عدد من النجوم إلى نعي الراحل، إذ كتب الفنان عصام السقا عبر حسابه على منصة «X»: «وفاة الفنان أحمد جلال عبدالقوي.. الله يرحمه ويغفر له ويسكنه فسيح جناته».
وكان الحساب الرسمي للفنان الراحل على «فيسبوك» أثار قلق متابعيه قبل وفاته بساعات، بعدما نشرت رسالة مقتضبة جاء فيها: «ادعوا لأحمد.. هو محتاج دعاكم دلوقتي»، دون الإشارة إلى أي تفاصيل بشأن تطورات حالته الصحية.

ويعد أحمد جلال عبدالقوي من الوجوه التي شاركت في عدد من الأعمال الدرامية والسينمائية، من بينها مسلسلات «حضرة المتهم أبي»، «والليل وآخره»، إلى جانب مشاركته في فيلم «حسن ومرقص» مع الزعيم عادل إمام وعمر الشريف، تاركًا رصيدًا من الأعمال التي ارتبط بها الجمهور على مدار سنوات.
