كشف مطرب الراب (ويجز) عن عزمه اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد الشركة المنظمة لحفله الملغى في بغداد؛ بسبب استمرار تأخرها في إعادة قيمة التذاكر للجمهور رغم مرور أكثر من شهر على إلغاء الحفل.
وأوضح ويجز، عبر بيان نشره على حسابه الرسمي بموقع (إنستغرام)، أن الحفل ألغي قبل موعده بفترة قصيرة لأسباب تتعلق بالجهة المنظمة فقط، مؤكدًا أن الإلغاء لم يكن ناتجًا عن أي قرار أو ظرف يخصه أو يخص فريقه.
شكاوى متكررة من الجمهور
وأشار إلى أن إدارة أعماله تلقت، خلال الفترة الأخيرة، عدداً كبيراً من الرسائل والاستفسارات من حاملي التذاكر، الذين اشتكوا من عدم استرداد المبالغ التي دفعوها، في ظل استمرار تأخر الشركة المنظمة في إنهاء إجراءات إعادة الأموال.
وأكد (ويجز) أن مسؤولية تعويض الجمهور تقع بالكامل على عاتق الشركة المنظمة، مطالبًا إياها بسرعة إنهاء الأزمة ورد جميع المستحقات المالية إلى أصحابها، حفاظًا على حقوقهم.
عزمه على اتخاذ الاجراءات القانونية
واختتم بيانه بالتأكيد على أنه سيلجأ إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة داخل العراق إذا استمرت الأزمة دون حل، بالتنسيق مع مستشاريه القانونيين والجهات المختصة، معربًا عن أمله في إنهاء الموقف قريبًا والالتقاء بجمهوره العراقي في مناسبة فنية قادمة.
مواجهة التنمر
على جانب آخر، أعلنت زوجة مغني الراب (ويجز* لجوءها إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية، معربةً عن استيائها من حملات التنمُّر والتعليقات المسيئة التي طالتها عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي منذ إعلان زواجهما، مؤكدة أنها لا تريد يومًا الشهرة.
Rap artist (Wegz) revealed his intention to take legal action against the company organizing his canceled concert in Baghdad due to their continued delay in refunding ticket prices to the audience, despite more than a month having passed since the concert was canceled.
Wegz explained, in a statement published on his official account on (Instagram), that the concert was canceled shortly before its scheduled date for reasons related solely to the organizing party, emphasizing that the cancellation was not due to any decision or circumstance concerning him or his team.
Repeated Complaints from the Audience
He pointed out that his management has received a large number of messages and inquiries from ticket holders recently, who complained about the lack of refunds for the amounts they paid, amid the continued delay of the organizing company in completing the refund process.
Wegz confirmed that the responsibility for compensating the audience lies entirely with the organizing company, urging them to quickly resolve the crisis and return all financial dues to their rightful owners, in order to protect their rights.
His Intention to Take Legal Action
He concluded his statement by affirming that he will resort to taking the necessary legal actions within Iraq if the crisis remains unresolved, in coordination with his legal advisors and the relevant authorities, expressing his hope to resolve the situation soon and meet his Iraqi audience at an upcoming artistic event.
Facing Bullying
On another note, the wife of rapper (Wegz) announced her intention to take legal action, expressing her dissatisfaction with the bullying campaigns and offensive comments directed at her on social media since the announcement of their marriage, confirming that she does not seek fame.
