أعلنت الأكاديمية الوطنية للصناعات العسكرية بدء التسجيل في برنامج التدريب المبتدئ بالتوظيف، لاستقطاب وتأهيل الكفاءات الوطنية للالتحاق بمنشآت قطاع الصناعات العسكرية، والإسهام في تحقيق مستهدفات التوطين، بما يتماشى مع رؤية المملكة 2030.
ويستهدف البرنامج خريجي المرحلة الثانوية من الجنسين، ويقدم مسارًا تدريبيًا يجمع بين التأهيل العلمي والمهني والفرص الوظيفية، بما يسهم في إعداد كوادر وطنية قادرة على تلبية احتياجات القطاع ودعم نموه.
وتُعد الأكاديمية إحدى مبادرات إستراتيجية القوى البشرية لقطاع الصناعات العسكرية، التي أطلقتها الهيئة العامة للصناعات العسكرية؛ لتمكين القوى البشرية في القطاع، وتأهيلها في المجالات التقنية والهندسية والعلمية، للإسهام في بناء قدرات وطنية مستدامة من خلال برامج تدريبية وفق معايير متقدمة، وشراكات إستراتيجية مع القطاعين الحكومي والخاص.
وتأتي هذه البرامج امتدادًا لدور الأكاديمية، بالتعاون مع صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية، في دعم منشآت القطاع لتحقيق مستهدفات توطين الصناعات العسكرية، ونقل المعرفة والتقنيات، وتعزيز جاهزية الكفاءات الوطنية، بما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.

The National Academy of Military Industries has announced the start of registration for the employment-oriented training program, aimed at attracting and qualifying national talents to join the military industries sector, contributing to achieving localization targets in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The program targets high school graduates of both genders and offers a training pathway that combines scientific and professional qualification with job opportunities, contributing to the preparation of national cadres capable of meeting the sector's needs and supporting its growth.
The academy is one of the initiatives of the Human Resources Strategy for the military industries sector, launched by the General Authority for Military Industries; to empower the workforce in the sector and qualify them in technical, engineering, and scientific fields, contributing to building sustainable national capabilities through training programs according to advanced standards and strategic partnerships with the public and private sectors.
These programs extend the role of the academy, in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund, in supporting sector establishments to achieve the localization targets of military industries, transfer knowledge and technologies, and enhance the readiness of national talents, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The academy has invited those interested in joining to review the admission and registration requirements via the electronic admission portal.
