أنهى الفنان المصري رامز جلال خلافه مع الفنانة أسماء جلال، بوساطة نقيب المهن التمثيلية أشرف زكي، ليسدل الستار على الأزمة التي اندلعت عقب عرض برنامج «رامز ليفل الوحش» خلال موسم رمضان الماضي.
إعلان الصلح
ونشر رامز جلال مقطع فيديو عبر حسابه الرسمي على «فيسبوك»، ظهر فيه إلى جانب أسماء جلال وأشرف زكي، إذ بدأت المشاهد بأجواء توحي بوجود خلاف، قبل أن تنتهي بالضحك والمصافحة، في رسالة تؤكد طي صفحة الأزمة وعودة العلاقة الودية بين الطرفين.
وأرفق رامز الفيديو بتعليق طريف قال فيه: «مينفعش أسماء جلال تزعل من رامز جلال عشان هي طيبة وأنا ابن حلال.. وخصوصاً إن كلنا ولاد جلال.. حبيبتي يا سمسمة»، في إشارة إلى انتهاء الخلاف.
بداية الأزمة
وتعود الأزمة إلى شهر رمضان الماضي، عندما أعلنت أسماء جلال اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية على خلفية ظهورها في برنامج «رامز ليفل الوحش»، معتبرة أن مقدمة الحلقة تضمنت عبارات وصفتها بالتنمر والإساءة، إلى جانب إيحاءات جسدية وشخصية رأت أنها تمس كرامتها.
بيان قانوني
وأوضحت محاميتها، في بيان، أن الفنانة وافقت على المشاركة في البرنامج باعتباره عملاً ترفيهياً يعتمد على عنصر المفاجأة، لكنها لم تُبلغ بالمقدمة الصوتية التي أضيفت خلال مرحلة المونتاج، مؤكدة أن التعليقات الواردة تجاوزت إطار الدعابة إلى الإساءة الشخصية.
وأضاف البيان أن المشاركة في أي عمل فني لا تعني القبول بالتعرض للتنمر أو الانتقاص من الكرامة الإنسانية، مشدداً على حق الفنانة في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية لحماية حقوقها، قبل أن تنتهي الأزمة رسمياً بإعلان الصلح بوساطة أشرف زكي.
The Egyptian artist Ramiz Jalal has resolved his dispute with the artist Asmaa Jalal, mediated by the head of the Actors' Syndicate, Ashraf Zaki, bringing an end to the crisis that erupted following the airing of the program "Ramiz Level Al-Wahsh" during last Ramadan season.
Announcement of Reconciliation
Ramiz Jalal posted a video clip on his official "Facebook" account, in which he appeared alongside Asmaa Jalal and Ashraf Zaki. The scenes began with an atmosphere suggesting a disagreement, before ending with laughter and handshakes, in a message confirming the closure of the crisis and the return of friendly relations between the two parties.
Ramiz accompanied the video with a humorous comment saying: "Asmaa Jalal can't be upset with Ramiz Jalal because she is kind and I am a good guy... especially since we are all children of Jalal... my dear Sumsum," referring to the end of the dispute.
Beginning of the Crisis
The crisis dates back to last Ramadan when Asmaa Jalal announced legal actions following her appearance on the program "Ramiz Level Al-Wahsh," considering that the introduction of the episode included phrases she described as bullying and insults, along with physical and personal insinuations that she felt undermined her dignity.
Legal Statement
Her lawyer clarified in a statement that the artist agreed to participate in the program as it is an entertainment work based on the element of surprise, but she was not informed of the voiceover that was added during the editing phase, emphasizing that the comments made went beyond the realm of humor to personal insult.
The statement added that participation in any artistic work does not mean acceptance of being subjected to bullying or diminishing human dignity, stressing the artist's right to take legal actions to protect her rights, before the crisis officially ended with the announcement of reconciliation mediated by Ashraf Zaki.
