كشفت الفنانة اللبنانية باسكال مشعلاني تفاصيل مفاجأة عن حياتها، متحدثة للمرة الأولى عن أزمات تركت أثراً كبيراً في مسيرتها، إلى جانب الرد على عدد من القضايا التي أثيرت حولها خلال السنوات الماضية.
أزمة نفسية
تحدثت باسكال في تصريحات تلفزيونية عن التأثير النفسي الذي خلفته الانتقادات وحملات التنمر التي تعرضت لها، مؤكدة أنها مرت بمرحلة صعبة جعلتها تفكر في الاعتزال والابتعاد عن الوسط الفني، قبل أن تتمسك بمواصلة مشوارها.
وقالت باسكال خلال حديثها: «خسارتي كانت كتير كبيرة، وأنا تعرضت للتنمر، أنا بحب نفسي، وأنا من جوه طفلة، وكنت سأعتزل».
رداً على الجدل
كما علقت الفنانة اللبنانية على ما أثير سابقاً بشأن الغناء للرئيس السوري السابق بشار الأسد، موضحة أن الأمر اقتصر على تلقيها طلباً بهذا الشأن في ذلك الوقت دون أن تكشف تفاصيل إضافية، إلى جانب حديثها عن موقفها من الحروب وأهمية ترسيخ قيم السلام.

في سياق نشاطها الفني، أهدت باسكال مشعلاني جمهورها عملاً روحانياً جديداً بعنوان «يا عدرا يا غفورة»، الذي أصبح متاحاً عبر قناتها الرسمية على «يوتيوب» إلى جانب المنصات الموسيقية المختلفة.
وجاءت الترنيمة من كلمات مايك صافي، وألحان ملحم أبو شديد، فيما أشرف جوزيف كرم على الهندسة الصوتية وعمليات الميكس والماستر، بينما تولى حبيب الشعار إخراج الفيديو كليب.

Psychological Crisis
Pascal spoke in television statements about the psychological impact of the criticisms and bullying she faced, confirming that she went through a difficult phase that made her consider retiring and distancing herself from the artistic scene, before she decided to continue her journey.
Pascal said during her talk: "My loss was very big, and I was bullied. I love myself, and I am a child inside, and I was going to retire."
In Response to the Controversy
The Lebanese artist also commented on what was previously raised regarding singing for former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, clarifying that the matter was limited to her receiving a request in that regard at the time without revealing additional details, along with discussing her stance on wars and the importance of instilling the values of peace.
Her Artistic Works
In the context of her artistic activity, Pascal Mashalani dedicated a new spiritual work to her audience titled "Ya Adra Ya Ghafoura," which is now available on her official YouTube channel as well as various music platforms.
The hymn was written by Mike Safi, composed by Melhem Abou Shadi, while Joseph Karam oversaw the sound engineering and mixing and mastering processes, and Habib Al-Shaar directed the music video.
