خرج المكتب الإعلامي للفنان اللبناني فضل شاكر ببيان رسمي للرد على ما جرى تداوله بشأن صدور قرار يقضي بإخلاء سبيله، مؤكداً أن الأخبار المتداولة لا تعكس حقيقة الموقف القانوني حتى الآن.
نفي رسمي
وأوضح البيان أن جميع المعلومات التي تحدثت عن موافقة المحكمة العسكرية على الإفراج عن شاكر في عدد من القضايا غير صحيحة، مشيراً إلى عدم صدور أي قرار رسمي من الجهات القضائية المختصة والقضية لا تزال قيد النظر وفق الإجراءات القانونية المعمول بها.
توقعات بقرار جديد
وجاء البيان بعد انتشار تقارير في وسائل إعلام لبنانية زعمت أن المحكمة وافقت على إخلاء سبيل الفنان في ثلاثة ملفات، مع استمرار البحث في ملف «عبرا»، الذي يعد القضية الأساسية، وسط حديث عن احتمال صدور قرار جديد خلال الأيام المقبلة في ظل ما أثير بشأن تدهور حالته الصحية.
تأجيل الجلسة
وكانت المحكمة العسكرية في لبنان أجلت جلسة محاكمة فضل شاكر إلى موعد لاحق، بعد تعرضه لوعكة صحية حالت دون نقله من مكان احتجازه إلى مقر المحكمة لاستكمال جلسات قضية «عبرا».
وأشارت تقارير إعلامية لبنانية إلى أن شاكر خضع لمعاينة طبية عقب تدهور حالته الصحية، ما حال دون حضوره الجلسة، لتقرر المحكمة تحديد موعد جديد لاستكمال القضية.

The military court in Lebanon had postponed Fadel Shaker's trial session to a later date after he suffered a health setback that prevented his transfer from his detention location to the court to continue the sessions of the "Aabra" case.
Lebanese media reports indicated that Shaker underwent a medical examination following the deterioration of his health, which prevented him from attending the session, leading the court to set a new date to continue the case.
