شهدت منطقة دار السلام بالقاهرة جريمة بشعة صدمت الشارع المصري، بعدما أقدم شاب على التخطيط للتخلص من زوجته الثانية وجنينها الذي لم يخرج للدنيا بعد، خوفاً من اكتشاف زوجته الأولى لأمر زواجه السري، في واقعة وثقتها كاميرات المراقبة لتكشف تفاصيل خطة شيطانية كادت تنهي حياة الأم.
وقررت جهات التحقيق حبس المتهم أربعة أيام على ذمة التحقيقات بعد اعترافه التفصيلي بارتكاب هذه الكارثة تفادياً لـ«خراب بيته الأول».
وبدأ الكابوس عندما زفت الزوجة الثانية مفاجأة لزوجها وأخبرته بأنها حامل في شهرها الأول. وبدلاً من أن يغمره الفرح، تملّك الرعب من الزوج خوفاً من علم زوجته الأولى، فقرر التخلص من المأزق بطريقة مرعبة.
وادعى الزوج رغبته في الترفيه عن زوجته ودعاها للتنزه، وخلال اللقاء، اشترى لها كوباً من العصير ودسّ فيه «مادة سامة» قاتلة دون أن تلاحظ، ثم تركها تتناول المشروب الميت وغادر المكان.
وتلقت الأجهزة الأمنية إخطاراً عاجلاً من المستشفى العام يفيد بوفاة جنين داخل أحشاء سيدة، وإصابة الأم بحالة تسمم حاد وهبوط في الدورة الدموية ومصارعتها للموت.
ونجحت الطواقم الطبية في إنقاذ حياة الزوجة بأعجوبة بعد تقديم إسعافات مكثفة وغسيل معوي سريع، إلا أن السم كان قد نال من الجنين تماماً وتسبب في وفاته فوراً.
فور تلقي البلاغ، شكّلت مباحث القاهرة فريق بحث مكثف، وقام رجال الأمن بتفريغ كاميرات المراقبة في محيط مكان اللقاء الأخير بين الزوجين. ورصدت الكاميرات اللحظات الغادرة التي قام فيها الزوج بوضع السم في العصير وتقديمه بدم بارد لزوجته.
وبإعداد الأكمنة اللازمة، ألقي القبض على المتهم، وبمواجهته بالأدلة الفنية واللقطات المصورة انهار تماماً واعترف بالجريمة، لتبدأ النيابة محاكمته بتهمة الشروع في قتل زوجته وإنهاء حياة جنينها عمداً.

The nightmare began when the second wife surprised her husband by telling him that she was in her first month of pregnancy. Instead of being filled with joy, the husband was overcome with fear of his first wife's knowledge, so he decided to escape the predicament in a terrifying way.
The husband claimed he wanted to entertain his wife and invited her for a stroll. During the meeting, he bought her a cup of juice and secretly added a "deadly toxic substance" without her noticing, then left her to drink the poisoned beverage and departed the scene.
The security agencies received an urgent notification from the general hospital reporting the death of a fetus inside a woman's womb, and the mother was in a state of acute poisoning and circulatory collapse, fighting for her life.
The medical teams miraculously succeeded in saving the wife's life after providing intensive first aid and a rapid gastric lavage, but the poison had completely affected the fetus, causing its immediate death.
Upon receiving the report, Cairo's investigations formed an intensive research team, and security personnel reviewed the surveillance cameras in the vicinity of the last meeting between the couple. The cameras captured the treacherous moments when the husband placed the poison in the juice and coldly offered it to his wife.
With the necessary ambushes set up, the accused was arrested, and when confronted with the technical evidence and the recorded footage, he completely broke down and confessed to the crime, leading the prosecution to charge him with attempted murder of his wife and intentionally ending the life of her fetus.
