حققت الفنانة الكولومبية شاكيرا انتصارًا قضائيًا في إسبانيا، بعدما قضت إحدى المحاكم ببراءتها من قضية التهرب الضريبي، ووجهت بإعادة مبالغ مالية ضخمة إليها بعدما سددتها خلال النزاع القانوني.

وبحسب وثيقة قضائية، نقلتها اليوم (الإثنين) وكالة «أسوشيتد برس»، برأت المحكمة شاكيرا من تهمة التهرب الضريبي التي فرضتها عليها مصلحة الضرائب الإسبانية في2021.
ووجهت المحكمة وزارة الخزانة الإسبانية بإعادة أكثر من 55 مليون يورو (نحو 64 مليون دولار) إلى شاكيرا، وهي قيمة الغرامات التي سبق ودفعتها، إضافة إلى الفوائد المستحقة عليها، ما يمثل انتصارًا قانونيًا للفنانة ينهي الأزمة.
وأوضح القرار أن هذه المبالغ تم تحصيلها بصورة غير صحيحة، ما استوجب إعادتها إلى شاكيرا عقب صدور الحكم النهائي لصالحها.

According to a legal document reported today (Monday) by the Associated Press, the court acquitted Shakira of the tax evasion charge imposed by the Spanish tax authority in 2021.
The court directed the Spanish Treasury to return more than 55 million euros (about 64 million dollars) to Shakira, which is the amount of fines she had previously paid, in addition to the accrued interest, representing a legal victory for the artist that ends the crisis.
