هذا الموقف دفع بعض الجماهير الجزائرية للتعبير عن استغرابهم، ما أدى إلى انتشار واسع للفيديو وتعليقات متباينة بين مؤيد ومعتذر للفنان، وبين من رأى أن الأمر أثار حساسية غير مبررة.
اعتذار وتوضيح
ومع تصاعد الجدل، خرج الشامي عن صمته واعتذر في رسالة عبر «إنستغرام» للجمهور الجزائري، مؤكداً احترامه الكبير لهم واعتزازه بحضورهم في حفلاته، موضحًا أن ما حدث كان غير مقصود على الإطلاق.
وأشارإلى أنه خلال الحفل حاول توجيه تحية لعدد من الدول العربية التي ترتبط بجولته الفنية، لكنه لم يتمكن من ذكر الجميع بسبب ضيق الوقت وكثرة الدول، مؤكدًا أن ذلك لا يقلل من تقديره لأي بلد عربي.
المحبة للجزائر
وفي بث مباشر لاحق عبر حسابه على «إنستغرام»، أعاد الشامي توضيح موقفه، مشددًا على أنه لم يقصد تجاهل الجزائر، وأنه وجه تحية خاصة للمغرب وتونس لارتباطهما بجدول حفلاته، ثم عمم التحية على كل الجمهور العربي.
وأحيا الشامي أول حفل جماهيري له في العاصمة الفرنسية باريس على مسرح Le Dôme de Paris، وسط حضور كامل العدد وإقبال كبير من الجمهور.

This situation led some Algerian fans to express their astonishment, resulting in widespread sharing of the video and varied comments between supporters and those apologizing for the artist, and those who felt that the matter raised an unjustified sensitivity.
Apology and Clarification
As the controversy escalated, Al-Shami broke his silence and apologized in a message via Instagram to the Algerian audience, affirming his great respect for them and his pride in their presence at his concerts, clarifying that what happened was entirely unintentional.
He indicated that during the concert he attempted to send greetings to several Arab countries related to his artistic tour, but he was unable to mention everyone due to time constraints and the number of countries, emphasizing that this does not diminish his appreciation for any Arab country.
Love for Algeria
In a subsequent live broadcast on his Instagram account, Al-Shami reiterated his position, stressing that he did not intend to ignore Algeria, and that he sent special greetings to Morocco and Tunisia due to their connection to his concert schedule, before extending greetings to the entire Arab audience.
Al-Shami held his first public concert in the French capital Paris at the Le Dôme de Paris theater, with a full house and a large turnout from the audience.
