واستمعت السلطات الإسبانية إلى إفادات 6 أشخاص (4 رجال وسيدتين) كانوا برفقة هول في السهرة، وأكدوا جميعاً أن الحادثة وقعت بشكل مفاجئ مع دخولهم للفيلا في الساعات الأولى من الصباح. وحتى الآن، لم يتم تسجيل أي اعتقالات، بانتظار نتائج التشريح النهائي في مدينة «بالما».
