شهدت القضية الجنائية المرفوعة ضد الفنان المصري فادي خفاجة تطورًا جديدًا، حيث قررت المحكمة الاقتصادية تأجيل محاكمته في التهم الموجهة إليه والمتعلقة بالسب والقذف والتشهير بالفنانة مها أحمد عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
تحديد موعد جديد للحكم
وأوضحت المحكمة أن جلسة إصدار الحكم ستُعقد يوم 6 أبريل الجاري، لتحديد نتيجة الدعوى القانونية المرفوعة ضده.
اعتذار فادي خفاجة
وسبق أن قدم فادي خفاجة اعتذارًا رسميًا للفنانة مها أحمد وزوجها الفنان مجدي كامل، بعد صدور حكم بسجنه 6 أشهر في قضية السب والقذف والتجريح، موضحًا أن الخلافات التي حدثت كانت نتيجة مرور مرحلة صعبة مليئة بالأزمات الشخصية.
وأعرب خفاجة عن أسفه واعترافه بأنه لم يكن في حالته الطبيعية أثناء التصرفات الخاطئة، مؤكدًا أن الثنائي يعتبرهما من أساتذته وتعلم منهما الكثير، وختم حديثه بطلب الصفح والمسامحة منهما.

تعود خلافات الفنان فادي خفاجة مع الفنانة مها أحمد وزوجها إلى حادثة وقعت قبل عامين، أثناء بث مباشر على تطبيق تيك توك، حيث وجه خفاجة كلامًا مسيئًا للطرفين، ما دفعهما إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ورفع أربع دعاوى ضده بتهم السب والقذف والتشهير والتجريح.
فشل محاولات الصلح
حاول خفاجة مرارًا إيجاد حل ودي للنزاع، بما في ذلك تدخل أعضاء نقابة المهن التمثيلية، إلا أن تلك الجهود لم تؤتِ ثمارها، حتى أصدرت المحكمة حكمها بالسجن والغرامة، لتصبح القضية رسمية ومغلقة قضائيًا.
The criminal case filed against the Egyptian artist Fadi Khafaja has witnessed a new development, as the economic court has decided to postpone his trial regarding the charges against him related to defamation, slander, and libel of the artist Maha Ahmed through social media.
New Date Set for the Verdict
The court clarified that the session for issuing the verdict will be held on April 6 of this year, to determine the outcome of the legal case filed against him.
Fadi Khafaja's Apology
Fadi Khafaja had previously issued an official apology to the artist Maha Ahmed and her husband, the artist Magdy Kamel, after a ruling was issued sentencing him to 6 months in prison for defamation and slander, explaining that the disputes that occurred were the result of going through a difficult phase filled with personal crises.
Khafaja expressed his regret and acknowledged that he was not in his right state during the wrongful actions, affirming that he considers the couple to be his mentors and has learned a lot from them, concluding his remarks with a request for their forgiveness and pardon.
The Beginning of the Crisis
The disputes between artist Fadi Khafaja and artist Maha Ahmed and her husband date back to an incident that occurred two years ago during a live broadcast on TikTok, where Khafaja directed offensive remarks towards both parties, prompting them to take legal action and file four lawsuits against him for defamation, slander, and insult.
Failed Reconciliation Attempts
Khafaja has repeatedly tried to find an amicable solution to the dispute, including the intervention of members of the Actors' Syndicate, but those efforts did not bear fruit, until the court issued its ruling of imprisonment and fines, making the case official and legally closed.
