حقق نقيب المهن الموسيقية في مصر الفنان المصري مصطفى كامل، انتصاراً قانونياً جديداً بعد حكم المحكمة الاقتصادية في الدعوى رقم 8616 لسنة 2025، التي أقامها ضد الصحفي هاني عزب.
الحكم والتعويض
قررت المحكمة إلزام هاني عزب بدفع 100 ألف جنيه تعويضاً مدنياً، إلى جانب تغطية المصاريف القانونية وأتعاب المحاماة، مؤكدًة حق النقيب في حماية موقعه وسمعته.
موقف قانوني واضح
وقال المحامي الخاص بالنقيب، المستشار ياسر قنطوش، في بيان صحفي، إن الحكم يعكس قوة الموقف القانوني لموكله ويبرهن على التزام القضاء المصري بمبادئ العدالة وحماية الحقوق الفردية.
وأضاف قنطوش أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن حرص النقيب على مواجهة أي تجاوزات أو ادعاءات قد تمس شخصه أو دوره كرئيس لنقابة المهن الموسيقية، مشيراً إلى أن اللجوء للقضاء كان الخيار الأمثل لحسم النزاع.
متابعة التنفيذ واستمرارية الحماية
أوضح مكتب الدفاع أن متابعة تنفيذ الحكم ستكون أولوية، وأنه في حال ظهور أي تجاوزات جديدة، سيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لضمان حماية حقوق النقيب والحفاظ على كرامته ومكانته المهنية.

The Egyptian artist Mustafa Kamel, the head of the Musicians' Syndicate in Egypt, has achieved a new legal victory following the ruling of the Economic Court in case number 8616 for the year 2025, which he filed against journalist Hani Azab.
The Ruling and Compensation
The court ordered Hani Azab to pay 100,000 Egyptian pounds in civil compensation, in addition to covering legal expenses and attorney fees, affirming the head's right to protect his position and reputation.
Clear Legal Position
The head's attorney, Counselor Yasser Qantosh, stated in a press release that the ruling reflects the strength of his client's legal position and demonstrates the Egyptian judiciary's commitment to the principles of justice and the protection of individual rights.
Qantosh added that this step is part of the head's commitment to confront any violations or claims that may affect his person or his role as the president of the Musicians' Syndicate, noting that resorting to the judiciary was the best option to resolve the dispute.
Monitoring Implementation and Continuity of Protection
The defense office clarified that monitoring the implementation of the ruling will be a priority, and that if any new violations arise, necessary legal actions will be taken to ensure the protection of the head's rights and maintain his dignity and professional status.
This ruling comes as part of a series of actions taken by Mustafa Kamel to preserve his personal and professional standing and to continue his efforts in enhancing and developing the artistic system in Egypt.
