قدمت الفنانة المصرية هالة صدقي بلاغاً رسمياً إلى الجهات المختصة بجرائم تكنولوجيا المعلومات، تتهم فيه أحد مستخدمي TikTok بنشر محتوى مسيء يهدف إلى التشهير بها والإضرار بمكانتها الفنية أمام الجمهور.
مقاطع مفبركة
وأكدت صدقي في بلاغها أن الحساب المشار إليه تداول مقاطع صوتية منسوبة إلى طليقها، ووصفت التسجيلات بـ«المفبركة» ولا تمت للحقيقة بصلة.
وأوضحت بأن المقطع المتداول حظي بانتشار واسع خلال فترة زمنية قصيرة، ما ساهم في تداوله بشكل مكثف عبر منصات متعددة، الأمر الذي انعكس سلباً على صورتها أمام الجمهور، خصوصاً في ظل ما تضمنه من ادعاءات اعتبرتها مسيئة ومجافية للواقع. وشدّدت على أن ما حدث يُعد انتهاكاً صريحاً لحقوقها الشخصية، ويقع تحت بند التشهير العلني الذي يُعاقب عليه القانون.
الحفاظ على السمعة
وأشارت إلى لجؤها إلى المسار القانوني بعد استنفاد كل السبل الأخرى، في محاولة لوقف تداول هذا المحتوى المسيء، لافتة إلى أن الحفاظ على سمعتها التي بنتها عبر سنوات طويلة من العمل الفني يُعد أولوية لا يمكن التهاون فيها، خصوصاً في ظل الانتشار الواسع لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وتأثيرها المباشر على الرأي العام.
استجابة سريعة
وفي استجابة سريعة للبلاغ، بدأت الأجهزة الأمنية تحركات مكثفة لفحص الواقعة وكشف ملابساتها، إذ صدرت توجيهات عليا بسرعة التعامل مع الشكوى واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتحديد هوية القائم على إدارة الحساب المتهم.
من ناحية أخرى، يرى الكثير من المتابعين أن نشر أو تداول محتوى مفبرك أو منسوب زوراً إلى أشخاص يُعد جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون، خصوصاً إذا كان الهدف منه الإضرار بسمعة الغير أو تحقيق مكاسب غير مشروعة، مشيرين إلى أن القوانين الحالية تتضمن عقوبات قد تصل إلى الحبس والغرامة، وفقاً لملابسات كل واقعة.
The Egyptian artist Hala Sedky has filed an official complaint with the relevant authorities regarding information technology crimes, accusing a TikTok user of publishing offensive content aimed at defaming her and harming her artistic reputation in front of the public.

Sedky confirmed in her complaint that the mentioned account circulated audio clips attributed to her ex-husband, describing the recordings as "fabricated" and completely disconnected from reality.
She explained that the circulated clip gained widespread attention in a short period, contributing to its intensive dissemination across multiple platforms, which negatively affected her image before the public, especially given the allegations it contained that she deemed offensive and contrary to reality. She emphasized that what happened constitutes a blatant violation of her personal rights and falls under the category of public defamation, which is punishable by law.
Maintaining Reputation
She indicated that she resorted to legal action after exhausting all other avenues in an attempt to stop the circulation of this offensive content, noting that maintaining her reputation, which she has built over many years of artistic work, is a priority that cannot be overlooked, especially in light of the widespread influence of social media platforms and their direct impact on public opinion.

In a swift response to the complaint, security agencies began intensive efforts to investigate the incident and uncover its circumstances, as high-level directives were issued to promptly address the complaint and take necessary measures to identify the person managing the accused account.
On the other hand, many followers believe that publishing or circulating fabricated content or falsely attributed to individuals is a crime punishable by law, especially if the intent is to harm someone else's reputation or achieve unlawful gains, pointing out that current laws include penalties that may reach imprisonment and fines, depending on the circumstances of each case.
