دخلت قضية الفنان اللبناني فضل شاكر مرحلة حاسمة، بعد أن مثُل أمام المحكمة العسكرية، وسط متابعة إعلامية محلية مكثفة. وتستمر اليوم (الجمعة) جلسات القضية المتعلقة بالمشاركة في أعمال مسلحة خلال الأحداث الأمنية في صيدا وجبل لبنان منذ عام 2013، والتي سبق أن صدرت بحقها أحكام غيابية.
وظل الفنان فضل شاكر مختفياً لسنوات داخل مخيم "عين الحلوة"، قبل أن يسلم نفسه مؤخراً للسلطات اللبنانية، في خطوة أثارت جدلاً واسعاً بين مؤيديه ومنتقديه.
أكدت مصادر قريبة من التحقيقات أن جلسة اليوم (الجمعة) ستحدد مصير الفنان، مع توقعات بإمكانية إخلاء سبيله على ذمة القضية، بعد أن قدم فريق الدفاع بقيادة المحامية أماتا مبارك طلباً رسمياً لذلك.
وخلال التحقيقات، أوضح الفنان فضل شاكر أن تهديدات النظام السوري السابق برئاسة بشار الأسد دفعته للجوء والاحتماء عند أحمد الأسير، نافياً أي مشاركة له في مواجهات ضد الجيش اللبناني. وأكدت المصادر أن تأكيدات الشهود والمعطيات المتوفرة دعمت أقواله، ما عزز موقفه القانوني وأعاد التوازن للقضية، خصوصاً بعد إسقاط تهمة هلال حمود عنه.
وتركزت التحقيقات أيضاً على مراجعة جميع الأدلة والمقاطع المتداولة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، للتأكد من عدم وجود أي اتهامات جديدة، وهو ما يسلط الضوء على السياق الحقيقي لتصرفات الفنان خلال السنوات الماضية ويزيد من فرص إخلاء سبيله قريباً.
The case of Lebanese artist Fadl Shaker has entered a critical phase, after he appeared before the military court, amidst intense local media coverage. Today (Friday), the sessions related to his involvement in armed activities during the security events in Sidon and Mount Lebanon since 2013 continue, for which absentia verdicts had previously been issued.
Fadl Shaker had been hiding for years inside the "Ain al-Hilweh" camp, before recently surrendering to the Lebanese authorities, a move that sparked widespread controversy among his supporters and critics.
Sources close to the investigations confirmed that today's session (Friday) will determine the artist's fate, with expectations of the possibility of his release on bail concerning the case, after the defense team led by lawyer Amata Mubarak submitted an official request for that.
During the investigations, Fadl Shaker clarified that threats from the former Syrian regime under President Bashar al-Assad drove him to seek refuge with Ahmad al-Assir, denying any involvement in confrontations against the Lebanese army. Sources confirmed that witness testimonies and available data supported his statements, which strengthened his legal position and restored balance to the case, especially after the charge against Hilal Hamoud was dropped.
The investigations also focused on reviewing all evidence and clips circulated on social media, to ensure that there were no new accusations, which highlights the true context of the artist's actions over the past years and increases the chances of his release soon.
