فيما تنظر المحكمة العسكرية في لبنان 3 فبراير القادم القضايا التي يتهم فيها الفنان فضل شاكر، تستجوب محكمة جنايات بيروت في قصر العدل برئاسة القاضي بلال ضناوي في 15 ديسمبر الجاري الفنان اللبناني في الدعوى المقامة ضده بتهمة محاولة قتل هلال حمود، أحد مسؤولي سرايا حزب الله في صيدا.
قضية جنائية
وقال المحامي اللبناني محمد صبلوح في تصريحات إعلامية: «الجلسة التي عقدت في 22 أكتوبرالماضي كانت إجرائية فقط، وتهدف إلى تثبيت هوية المتهمين وفِرق الدفاع»، مشيراً إلى أن القضية التي يمثل فيها فضل شاكر أمام محكمة جنايات بيروت تعود إلى 2013، وشملت اتهام العديد من الأسماء، من بينهم فضل شاكر.
وأضاف أن هلال حمود قد أسقط حقه الشخصي عن بعض المتهمين، من بينهم فضل شاكر، وهو ما قد يؤثر بشكل كبير على مسار القضية، لافتاً إلى أن المعطيات المتوافرة تدعم براءة فضل شاكر من تهمة محاولة القتل، نظراً لغياب الأدلة المادية التي تدينه.
وأضاف: «القضية تعرضت لتضخيم إعلامي، ربما كان مدفوعاً بأهداف سياسية»، مشيراً إلى أن المتابعين للقضية قد يشهدون في الجلسة القادمة توضيحاً حول دور فضل شاكر في الحادثة، التي سَيتبين فيها ما إذا كانت التهم الموجهة إليه صحيحة أم لا.
وتتزايد التكهنات حول مصير فضل شاكر في الجلسة القادمة، سواء بإعلان براءته أو إرجائها إلى موعد آخر، خصوصاً بعد أن أسقطت الهيئات القضائية في لبنان في 26 أكتوبر الماضي تهمتين أساسيتين عن الفنان وجهتا إليه سابقاً تتعلقان بالإساءة إلى دولة عربية، وتمويل الجماعات الإرهابية وغسل الأموال.
While the military court in Lebanon is set to hear the cases against artist Fadl Shaker on February 3, the Beirut Criminal Court, presided over by Judge Bilal Dnaoui, will interrogate the Lebanese artist on December 15 regarding the lawsuit filed against him for the attempted murder of Hilal Hamoud, one of the officials of Hezbollah in Sidon.
Criminal Case
Lebanese lawyer Mohamed Sablouh stated in media remarks: "The session held on October 22 was purely procedural, aimed at confirming the identities of the accused and the defense teams," noting that the case in which Fadl Shaker is appearing before the Beirut Criminal Court dates back to 2013 and includes accusations against several individuals, including Fadl Shaker.
He added that Hilal Hamoud has dropped his personal rights against some of the accused, including Fadl Shaker, which could significantly impact the course of the case, pointing out that the available evidence supports Fadl Shaker's innocence of the attempted murder charge, given the absence of material evidence against him.
He continued: "The case has been subject to media exaggeration, possibly driven by political motives," indicating that those following the case may witness clarification regarding Fadl Shaker's role in the incident during the next session, where it will be determined whether the charges against him are valid or not.
Speculation is increasing regarding Fadl Shaker's fate in the upcoming session, whether it will result in his acquittal or a postponement to another date, especially after the judicial bodies in Lebanon dropped two main charges against the artist on October 26, which were previously directed at him concerning insulting an Arab country, financing terrorist groups, and money laundering.
