أعلن الفنان المصري فادي خفاجة، رغبته في الصلح وإنهاء الخلاف مع الفنان الدكتور مجدي كامل زوج الفنانة مها أحمد.
وقال في أول تعليق له بعد الحكم بسجنه في مقطع فيديو نشره على حسابه على فيس بوك: «أشكر كل من سأل عني واطمأنّ على حالي، لقد تقدّمتُ باستئناف على الحكم، وأرجو أن يكون الخير فيما هو قادم، أما الدكتور مجدي، فلا أحمل له سوى المحبة، فهو أستاذي، وأسأل الله أن يهدي النفوس».
تفاصيل الأزمة
وقضت محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية، بسجن خفاجة لمدة 6 أشهر وتغريمه 20 ألف جنيه، بعد إدانته بسبّ وقذف الفنان مجدي كامل، زوج الفنانة مها أحمد، كما طالب دفاع مجدي كامل بتعويض مدني قيمته 100 ألف جنيه، على خلفية الأضرار التي قال إنها لحقت بموكله نتيجة «الإساءات العلنية» المنسوبة لخفاجة.
وتقدم مجدي كامل وزوجته مها أحمد ببلاغ رسمي إلى مديرية أمن الجيزة، اتهما من خلاله خفاجة بالإساءة والتطاول عليهما من خلال مقاطع فيديو وتصريحات تم تداولها عبر الإنترنت، ما دفع الجهات المعنية لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية وإحالة الملف إلى القضاء.
ترجع جذور الأزمة إلى مشادة وقعت خلال بث مباشر جمع مها أحمد وفادي خفاجة على «تيك توك»، وتطورت الخلافات العلنية بينهما، قبل أن تتبادل الأطراف تصريحات اعتُبرت مسيئة، لتخرج المواجهة من نطاق السجال الإلكتروني إلى مسار قانوني كامل.
وفي تصريحات لاحقة، أكدت مها أحمد، رفع دعاوى قضائية عدة على خفاجة بتهم تتعلق بالسبّ والقذف والتشهير وانتهاك الخصوصية، كما تقدّم زوجها مجدي كامل بدعوى مستقلة اتهم فيها خفاجة بالإساءة المباشرة والعلنية، مطالباً باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.

Details of the Crisis
The Cairo Economic Court sentenced Khafaja to 6 months in prison and fined him 20,000 Egyptian pounds after convicting him of slandering and defaming the artist Magdy Kamel, the husband of the artist Maha Ahmed. Magdy Kamel's defense also demanded a civil compensation of 100,000 Egyptian pounds, citing damages they claimed were inflicted on their client due to the "public insults" attributed to Khafaja.
Magdy Kamel and his wife Maha Ahmed filed an official complaint with the Giza Security Directorate, accusing Khafaja of insulting and attacking them through videos and statements circulated online, which prompted the relevant authorities to take legal action and refer the case to the judiciary.
The roots of the crisis trace back to a dispute that occurred during a live broadcast featuring Maha Ahmed and Fadi Khafaja on "TikTok," which escalated into public disagreements between them before the parties exchanged statements deemed offensive, leading the confrontation to shift from an online debate to a full legal course.
In subsequent statements, Maha Ahmed confirmed that several lawsuits had been filed against Khafaja on charges related to slander, defamation, and invasion of privacy. Her husband, Magdy Kamel, also filed a separate lawsuit accusing Khafaja of direct and public insult, demanding that the necessary legal actions be taken.
