تستعد الشركة المنتجة للفيلم السعودي الجديد «رهين» لطرحه يوم 11 ديسمبر القادم عبر منصة «نتفليكس»، في خطوة تعزّز حضور السينما السعودية على الساحة العالمية، إذ يجمع العمل بين التشويق الاجتماعي والكوميديا السوداء.
قصة فوضوية
يتناول الفيلم مزيجاً من القضايا العائلية والضغوط الاقتصادية والطموحات الفردية، ضمن إطار درامي ساخر تسوده الفوضى والمفارقات، إذ تتقاطع الخطط الفاشلة والطموحات المتهورة في أحداث مثيرة وغير متوقعة.
خطة تخرج عن السيطرة
وتدور القصة حول سطام، شاب سعودي مثقل بالديون، يقرر تنفيذ خطة مجنونة تتمثل في خطف والده وطلب فدية من عائلته للخروج من أزمته المالية، لكن الخطة سرعان ما تخرج عن السيطرة لتتحول إلى سلسلة من المواقف الكوميدية.

ويشارك في بطولة الفيلم محمد الدوخي، يزيد المجيول، عبدالعزيز السكيرين، عبدالله الدريس، رنا رئيس، أبرار فيصل، مع ظهور خاص للاعب المنتخب السعودي ونادي الشباب سابقاً سعيد العويران في أول تجربة تمثيلية له.

A Chaotic Story
The film addresses a mix of family issues, economic pressures, and individual ambitions, within a satirical dramatic framework characterized by chaos and contradictions, where failed plans and reckless ambitions intersect in exciting and unexpected events.
A Plan That Goes Out of Control
The story revolves around Sattam, a young Saudi man burdened with debt, who decides to execute a crazy plan involving the kidnapping of his father and demanding a ransom from his family to escape his financial crisis, but the plan quickly spirals out of control, turning into a series of comedic situations.
Featuring a Selection of Saudi Talents
The film stars Mohammed Al-Dokhi, Yazid Al-Majoul, Abdulaziz Al-Sukairin, Abdullah Al-Drees, Rana Rais, Abrar Faisal, with a special appearance by former Saudi national team player and Al-Shabab club member Saeed Al-Owairan in his first acting experience.
