تتواصل الانشقاقات في صفوف قوات الدعم السريع بقيادة محمد حمدان دقلو حميدتي. وذكرت مصادر سودانية اليوم (الإثنين) أن القيادي فارس النور إبراهيم، الذي كان يشغل منصب عضو المجلس الرئاسي بتحالف تأسيس وحاكم ولاية الخرطوم في قوات الدعم، انشق عنهم.
ونقلت قناتا «العربية» و«الحدث» عن مصادر قولها إن فارس النور إبراهيم يُعد من أبرز الشخصيات في البنية القيادية للقوات، وخصوصاً أنه كان يشغل منصب عضو المجلس الرئاسي بتحالف تأسيس التابع لـ«الدعم السريع»، كما عيّنه حميدتي حاكماً لإقليم الخرطوم.
وأفادت المصادر بأن القيادي المنشق عن «الدعم السريع» عمل مستشاراً لقائد تلك القوات محمد حمدان دقلو (حميدتي) طوال السنوات الماضية.
وتتزامن الانشقاقات في صفوف قوات الدعم السريع مع الخسائر الكبيرة التي تكبدتها على يد الجيش السوداني، إضافة إلى تزايد جرائم «الدعم السريع» في عدد من المدن السودانية التي يسيطرون عليها بالقوة.
واعتبر مراقبون انشقاق فارس النور إبراهيم ضربة قوية لـ«الدعم السريع» الذي يتعرض للتشظي والغضب الكبير من مختلف المنضمين له من أبناء القبائل السودانية، خصوصاً بعد انشقاق القيادي بشارة الهويرة، مسؤول العمليات العسكرية الأولى بمحور منطقة بارا في شمال كردفان في مايو الماضي. وأعلن القيادي علي رزق الله المعروف بـ«السافنا» انشقاقه في أبريل الماضي برفقة قواته وانضمامه إلى الجيش السوداني في عطبرة.
كما أعلن النور آدم المعروف بـ«النور القبة» انشقاقه في فبراير الماضي ومغادرته وقواته مواقعهم في شمال دارفور والانضمام للجيش السوداني، في حين أعلن أبو عاقلة كيكل، وهو من أبرز قيادات «الدعم السريع» في ولاية الجزيرة، تعاونه مع الجيش في خطوة شكلت حالة لافتة حينها بسبب نفوذه الميداني وسط السودان.
The rifts within the Rapid Support Forces led by Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo (Hemeti) continue. Sudanese sources reported today (Monday) that the leader Fares Al-Noor Ibrahim, who held the position of a member of the Presidential Council in the founding alliance and governor of Khartoum State within the Rapid Support Forces, has defected from them.
Al-Arabiya and Al-Hadath channels reported from sources that Fares Al-Noor Ibrahim is considered one of the prominent figures in the leadership structure of the forces, especially since he held the position of a member of the Presidential Council in the founding alliance affiliated with the "Rapid Support Forces," and he was appointed by Hemeti as the governor of Khartoum region.
Sources indicated that the defected leader from the "Rapid Support Forces" served as an advisor to the commander of those forces, Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo (Hemeti), throughout the past years.
The defections within the Rapid Support Forces coincide with the significant losses they have suffered at the hands of the Sudanese army, in addition to the increasing crimes committed by the "Rapid Support Forces" in several Sudanese cities that they control by force.
Observers considered Fares Al-Noor Ibrahim's defection a strong blow to the "Rapid Support Forces," which are facing fragmentation and significant anger from various members from Sudanese tribes, especially after the defection of the leader Bishara Al-Hweira, who was responsible for the first military operations in the Bara area of North Kordofan last May. The leader Ali Rizq Allah, known as "Al-Safna," announced his defection last April along with his forces and joined the Sudanese army in Atbara.
Additionally, Al-Noor Adam, known as "Al-Noor Al-Quba," announced his defection last February and left his positions in North Darfur with his forces to join the Sudanese army, while Abu Aqila Kaykil, one of the prominent leaders of the "Rapid Support Forces" in Al-Jazeera State, announced his cooperation with the army, a move that was notable at the time due to his field influence in central Sudan.
